Smallest Suite ever

I booked a King size suite and although the bed was king size, the rest of the suite was very small and cramped. The hotel bar was closed for the season and the staff were less than helpful.

Disappointed

We booked this hotel for the Ocean view balcony room with two beds. When we arrived we were told they had "Upgraded" us (only two of us) to a two bedroom villa. This turned out to be across the road from the hotel. This was not what we booked. On-duty manager would not listen nor help us to obtain the room we had booked, and would only offer two free breakfasts. The "villa" was dark and very dated. This was not 'the wake to the sound of the ocean' we had anticipated. It was the only reason we went there on our trip south. Never will we return to Myrtle Beach as a result of this treatment.

Amazing Value

This is an awesome value! We saved over $200 by booking in advance on Hotels.com. The resort is very nice, the beds comfy, the view spectacular and the location perfect.

Wonderful Hotel

I live here in Myrtle Beach and my husband and I were just looking for a get-away for our 11 year anniversary. I found this hotel to be perfect. The room was very nice, love the stainless kitchen and the pool area was beautiful. Worth every penny. Got a great rate through this website. We are very satisfied and will book here again!

Hotel was in perfect location, very clean, large rooms, and had many different pools and attractions that could not only suit adults but children also! Very family oriented. Can't wait to go back!!!

few problems, but overall i would stay agin

The things that found that were a problem for me, the shower kept cutting off in the middle of showering, but would come back on in a few seconds, it was annoying. The parking garage is very crowded and you cannot see the oncoming traffic going around the turns, they need mirrors. And the final thing was that checkout time is at 11 am, however the cleaning crew was banging on my door at 9 am, they should have a list of everyone who has and has not checked out that early. Otherwise the hotel was great, and i would stay again.

Great hotel for vacation/overnight stay. Will return for summer with entire family. Recommend highly.

Great room for the money

The room and area was great..The staff was very nice .We were right on the beach , it wasn't the greatest weather , But we found other things to do . It is so close to so many attractions , something for everyone. We will stay their again.
