Definately get what you pay for.

I had a great time and got an outstanding deal. The room I stayed in had two separate rooms. I liked that they were private. The hotel included 2 jacuzzi's, 2 lazy rivers and 2 pools! I wish there was a continental breakfast included.

the hotel was in a prime location rooms were big and clean, balconies were very nice they were over the pool great location nice place to stay

Great Ammenities

I was most impressed with the pool hours. It stays open til midnight. The tiki bar was great although it could stay open later. The pool area could use a changing station in addition to the restroom, which needed some mirrors. The pools and decks were well maintained.

Great hotel, not one nighter, long waits

This hotel was extremely nice, but this is not a one night stay hotel, we only needed to stay here for one night till we got our house, the line for our key to our room was about a 45min wait and that was after we pre registered. This hotel is for more of the people that are goin to stay for a week or so. This was a very clean hotel, has alot of things to do at the hotel itself, not to include its right on the main strip. The other con is the loading and unloading, this is goin to take you awhile, this was one of the bad things, its was so packed we ended up parking in the parking garage and just walking everything over.

Great place to stay!

The rooms were spotless and well laid out, and much bigger than photos indicated. The view from the oceanfront balcony was incredible! Even the location is noteworthy. Points of interest and the main roads were a straight shot and easily accessible with traffic signals. Check in and check out were a breeze, with plenty of friendly folks at the front desk. Our stay could not have been any better. We will certainly stay at The Caribbean Resort & Villas again!

Nice hotel, Horrible service

Great hotel for the price, but check-in was a hassle: I was told my room wasn't cleaned yet, so had to wait and staff member went off duty without turning my reservation to another clerk. I sat in lobby an unnecessary hour until I complained!

Helpful Staff

We were first booked in the Jamacian House. Upon arriving, we found that it did not have internet service or adequate kitchen. The staff was willing to work with us and for an addition modest amount we were given a room at the main hotel which met our needs and was a nicer place.
