basic hotel. Light switches are wacky. Concierge was a little rude with tone about wake up call

Nice room, great service

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. A bus runs every 15 minutes from the Gatwick Airport to the hotel, so it is easy to get to the airport for flights or to catch a train.
