Needs More Improvements

I wasn't satisfied at all with this hotel, I understand that there were two stars for the ratings but, I do not think it deserved those stars either. The hotel needed a lot of maintainence work and all together my guests and I did not get a clean or comfortable feeling....We had to stay because we reserved the room in advance. We did not like that.

ok for the money in chicago

hotel was clean and had the basics all super 8s have. but bare bones, old and in need of updating
