Absent service. New management has reduced amenities, staffing, service levels..

Poor value for the money. Maintenance gaps were apparent (broken door lock, smoke alarm, water damage to plaster). After calling the front desk, we were told that no maintenance personnel were available to fix the smoke alarm problem.
