Great Place for the Beach

The room was extremely clean, and very cool after being in the heat outdoors all day. The hotel staff were super friendly and courteous. The shower did not have much water power and went cold with the second shower for a few minutes, but I consider that minor. I will definitely book this hotel again!!!!

Shady at best

Even though the price is relatively cheaper than surrounding properties, it is not worth the cost. The rooms are outdated and not clean. The bathroom was very dirty, make sure to bring shower shoes. Also, there were several spots both in the bathroom, shower, and main area with mildew and mold.

A good, affordable hotel near the beach

The room was very clean. It was on the small side but we didn't plan on spending much time there and the price was very good for a hotel so close to the beach.

Awesome Place for a Such a Great Price!

Close to the beach and a short walking distance to some great restaurants! We had a great beach get away and had the pool all to ourselves. Very clean and quiet!

Great hotel for the price!

Although it is one of the older hotels, the service was good, staff friendly and the location was perfect. Will stay there again.

Great location, great price

I always stay at Owen's. The price is the lowest in the area, the location is excellent (walking distance from a convenience and grocery shop and the beach), and everything works. If you want a luxury experience, go elsewhere. If you need a bed, a shower, a fridge, and a microwave while you enjoy the Outer Banks, stay at Owen's motel.

Great location

Comfy, convenient, with friendly staff. The area is covered in hotels, so there's probably a cheaper option nearby, but I was satisfied - OBX in the summer is a dream.

Good room for the money

Decided at the last minute to take a quick trip to OBX for Labor Day weekend. The rooms had an affordable price and were clean. The management staff was helpful and the location was very ideal. Located very close to the Rt 158 and Interstate 64 intersection.
