Decor in great taste (also food). Staff is well trained and attentive. Will make another trip to The Wynn.

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 19Extremely Dissappointed! Would never rate this a 5 Star Hotel
We booked a Towers Suites room and did not realize several things when doing this: 1) you cannot get Ice yourself, you have to either ask maids to do this for you in the cleaning service area not open to hotel guests or call the front desk and be charged a $5.00 fee for it to be brought up to you. Also - the refrigerator is full of drinks provided by the hotel, which after 60 secs of being picked up you will be charged...but if you would like to put your drinks in the refrigerator, they will bring an extra one up for you for a $25.00 a day fee. We had to resort to putting ice in one of our vanity sinks to keep our drinks (water) cool. We could hear the night club 32 floors up that was open until 4am in the morning, we asked that a racing event be played for us at the Sports Book at 5am in the morning and we were told that it would be, but it was not and we could not get anyone (after talking to the front desk, security, casino employees) to help us out until the last 10 laps of the F1 race when a gentlemen came and flipped a switch to turn on the race. Everyone that worked at this hotel made it clear that they did not care about guest needs, did not care or wish to put effort forth to help accommodate you for fairly reasonable requests. I will never stay at the Wynn again and will encourage others that I book travel for (I am an Executive Assistant) to never stay there. For a 5 Star hotel they act like a 1 Star Business.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 19both good and bad
the check-in here is THE WORST i have ever seen in a hotel---long lines, slow service, and then...NO ROOM!! 3 pm and no room...told to wait, 4:30, no room, at 6 big complaints, and (after standing in ANOTHER long line) a room is made available. the place is a zoo. if i hadn't really complained, i think i never would have gotten a room. I had made the reservation weeks in advance. just ridiculous. the room was fine, big. pool--crowded and noisy but ok. food--good at the restaurants with nice service. had a pedicure at the wynn encore salon---stupid price, average job, then the girl says you're done and leads me to the door with wet polish and those spacers still between my toes...no place to sit....boy was i annoyed....even in my little cheap nail place at home they have a place for you to sit while the polish dries. i guess i thought it would be a nice hotel...its decorated in a nice, over the top way but thats it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wynn, there were a few minor hiccups but they were correct quickly and to our satisfaction.

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 19great view. not soundproofed enough
Not sound proof for a 5 star hotel. Heard sirens from police and fire rescue all night. Could hear next door television sounds. Room service outstanding. Staff friendly and efficient. Prices in bars and restaurants were too high. In room internet too pricey.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 19One of THE BEST Hotels in Vegas
Only one word to describe - EXCELLENT. Great comfort and servive, all the way from Parking to check-out. Spacious rooms and the floor to celing windows with great views separate this hotel from all the others. Very very comfortable stay. I would go back to this hotel in heartbeat.

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 19Checking in problems
When we register online for 2 bed and they told us to check in 3:00 p.m. We got there 3:15, they told us the room was not ready. Only King bed with rolling twin ready. They have to call us for the 2 bed room. After 4:00 p.m., I had to go fight with them to get 2 bed room. We have to gave up one room of 2 beds for the King. They also don't have kids game area. No place to sit to wait. Not good.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 19Needs Improvement
When we arrived, the valet parking said we did not have a reservation and refused to park our car. The suite was dirty with receipts, trash, and used products from previous guests. Room service put us on hold for over half an hour and made us wait another half an hour just to deliver missing toothbrushes from the room. The service in the restaurants was also bad. Just to get a glass of water, we waited for half an hour. We were very disappointed with this hotel.
