Great Location/ Friendly Service

The location was great, the hotel is older but clean. The check in process was easy and fast and we were even given a free wi-fi login.

Well worth it.

Got what I consider to be a very good price on the room.....in the summer peak......at the last minute. Very close to the very cool Moonlight Beach and plenty of restaurants, bars, etc. Didn't eat the breakfast but being a small dining area, it appeared to be very busy so we decided again. No problem, Denny's is only (literally)75 feet away. As it says, all in all it was well worth the money.

Guest service needs improvement

Front desk service lacks of friendly custumer service and taking care of guest. Location is good for the money value.

Nice place

Not fancy, but we don't spend a lot of time in the room. Denny's in the shared parking lot, fast food across the street. Beach & downtown Encinitas is very close, but not walkable distance. Staff was nice, room was clean, parking right outside room. I would stay here again.

Comfort for a bargain price

This hotel was perfect for us. We needed a place to stay between 2 local location and this one had a perfect location. We arrived early in the morning (about 9 am) and they let us check into a room so that we could use the Internet at our leisure. Wonderfully warm and friendly folks were always attentive and accommodating. The room was small but had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and made our stay perfect. I would definitely go back and suggest that others stay here too.

Great Value

Perfect location and just the right size for the 2 of us. Just blocks from Moonlight Beach. The personnel and staff were very accommodating. This has been the best value stay in all of our travels. For people who like the outdoors and just need a place to sleep, this is it. Thanks for the service.

Loud & noisy

I had a hard time falling to sleep (and i am a deep sleeper) due to the loud neighbors (other renters) and the horrible location of the parking. the parking was right out side of my door, with heavy hotel traffic at all times of the night.
