Very upscale hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Perfect downtown Chicago location - walking distance to most popular sites.

Great deal from Hotels.com

Hotel was as I expected in this area of Chicago. I chose it based on proximity to Michigan avenue and area of town. The deciding factor was the deal I got from hotels.com.

the most comfortable hotel bed we've ever slept on!

Great location, very comfortable bed, cleanly and modern rooms, decent sushi bar off of the main lobby, great bathroom products that we took home :)

What an experience!

Every employee was so gracious and helpful during our stay. It was our first visit to Chicago, so we had a lot of questions and needed a lot of help. From the moment we walked in until we checked out 3 days later, it was nothing less than delightful.

Outstanding Hotel

My wife and I had a wounderful forth of July week-end watching the fireworks from our room. It was breathtaking. We were pleasently suprised to be put on the 15th floor which was the Gold Club floor that had a complimentry lounge with food and drinks. We felt like royalty. We will use this hotel again and highly recommend it.

Outstanding hotel, worth the money

This is a great hotel, the staff is excellent received free parking and a room upgrade. I will stay there again and again, very romantic and walking distance from millennium park and grant park. The restaurant is very good the sushi is excellent and the dessert is to die for. The staff was so courteous from the doorman to the waiter, bellboy everybody.

Convenient location and good service

The hotel is conveniently located off Michigan Avenue, a short walk from the major CTA lines. Our room was clean and pleasant, and the bed was very comfortable (always a benefit). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay at the Fairmont again.

Theater Night

Travel to downtown Chicago to see Rent. Great location for many many downtown sights, clean, friendly, reasonable overnight parking charges, tasty sushi bar for late night bite and ambience was magical. Room was spacious and quiet.

Romantic weekend

Love this hotel!! This is the second time I have stayed for a romantic weekend and I will continue to visit the Faimont. Extremely pleased with the hotel, the staff, the room. We felt like rockstars!

Definitely staying here again

This hotel was amazing. Got a great rate but was simply amazed by the size of the room, the comfort of the bed, the extra seating, the size of the bathroom (there's even a phone next to the toilet!). The staff was helpful and very welcoming. We did not order any food or visit the resaurant downstairs, so I can't comment on that. Overall, I will definitely come back here next time we stay downtown!
