Trip Type: Not Provided Review 1 of 24Very nice hotel and great stay for the money
The hotel was in the same block as the Basilique of the Notre Dame. The continental breakfast was very fresh every day and in a beautiful restaurant area. We were offered and upgrade as arrival. The suite has large bathroom. It was a great stay for the money.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 2 of 24Beautiful hotel with one caveat
This was a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location in old Montreal. The room was large and lovely. The only issue was the odd nickle-and-diming we experienced. I paid for a room for two with breakfast and parking included. At the front desk, the woman would only give me one breakfast voucher because "they do not give vouchers to kids, only adults" and in my case, my second was my 12-year-old son. Now, I understand the policy if kids are included free in rooms, that you only get free breakfast for the two adults included in the hotel room. But I did not have another adult with me. The woman at the desk refused to see the nuttiness of her position and I just let it be. Later I called the front desk and got another woman who immediately understood what I was saying and had the second voucher send right up to my room. A good thing too because the breakfast was wonderful!!! My son and I both enjoyed it. Similarly, when I got the bill they tried to charge me extra for parking. I had to point out that I had already paid for parking in my package and they fixed the bill. Still, at a place like this, these things should not happen. With that one warning, definitely stay here and enjoy!

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 3 of 24Fantastic boutique hotel
This hotel is hip and comfortable with large rooms, and friendly and helpful staff. It's located in the heart of Old Montreal, which is a bit cut off from the rest of the city but still a great location and really only a few minutes by cab from downtown. Stayed one night with my girlfriend on a combined business/plesaure trip and it made our time in the city even more enjoyable. The best part: L'Occitane toiletries! A great place to stay on your next visit.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 4 of 24Great location
We really enjoyed this hotel in its close location to the old town. We didn't need a car. We walked everywhere. The experience was also quite nice that it was off season and the weather was still warm. Our suite was huge. I got a great deal on this web site. Do watch that at breakfast that you eat the cold breakfast as they will charge you for the full buffet. The wait staff is not forth coming on this information. Our rate included the cold buffet and it was enough for us. I highly recommend this place.

The staff was helpful and polite. The room was large. The bathroom was very modern with little convenient space near the sink or in the very large shower for personal items. The street in front of the hotel is closed for repair.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 6 of 24Road Work
There is currently road work in front of the hotel making it difficult to find. Parking was a bit of an issue as well. The location is great once they finish the road in front of the hotel. Rooms are large but could use a little upkeep. Service is OK.

The suite at this hotel was very comfortable and perfect for a long stay in Montreal. The location is fine for walking in the old city and several blocks from the metro. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 8 of 24Consistently Good
We've stayed at St. Sulpice on three different occasions. Have never been disappointed. Quiet. Lots of privacy but staff attentive and helpful. Love the location in Old Montreal (although this past time the street was torn up and it was not as convenient.)

It was a very nice surprise in the heart of the old section of Montreal. A perfect location and excellent staff. Rooms were very comfortable and it was quiet.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 13 of 24Fabulous location and great hotel!
We enjoyed every moment of our stay at St Sulpice. The concierge, Etienne was terrific in recommending restaurants, tours and general info and directions. The only downside was there was no spa. I don't know if its closed for renovations or what...but the spa is no longer available. We had breakfast and parking included (look for deals/sales online for this hotel).

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 15 of 24Luxurious hotel in Old Montreal
I'm not used to staying in four-star hotels so everything about this hotel was above expectations for me. It was very convenient to Old Montreal and the Convention Center and the staff were very friendly and courteous.
