Crowne Plaza Tampa - Westshore

Great Location

This hotel was extremely convenient to the airport. Also, the proximity to a great shopping mall and wonderful restaurants was a huge bonus. The best part of the hotel, other than its value, was the incredibly comfortable beds and luxurious bedding...best nitghts sleep.

Great hotel

I was very pleased with this hotel,and believe me I am extremely PICKY,we usually go to more expensive hotels, and the service, the cleanliness and confort of the room met all my requirements. I definately would go back to The Crown Plaza at Tampa

Great Room!!

I just stayed here for one night with my boyfriend because we were going to a football game the next day so I found the least expensive rate I could, while still looking for a hotel I thought would provide a high level of comfort. I'm very picky when it comes to hotel room cleanliness and bed comfort and this hotel exceeded my expectations! I never imagined you could get a room so clean and spacious at such a low price! Our room was literally huge! The only thing I wouldn't recommend was the room service. It wasn't very good and it was very overpriced for what it was, but that can really be expected at any hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding

Room was large, modern and super clean. Staff was great.

T.V, reception needs improvement

The biggest problem was the H.D.T.V which was not functioning properly and regularly lost the H.D. signal. I took my complaint to the night manager who informed me that the T.V.s were being upgraded.

Great Room for COST

Room was nice. It was modern in decor. We only had one issue during our stay; house keeping neglected to provide us with wash clothes on the second night we stayed there. Other than that they were fantastic.

Clean renovated hotel

No frills, but clean and newly renovated. Good location near airport and near shopping mall. Beds are comfortable. Free parking. Overall, good valued hotel.

"Close to large mall"

The mall is located directly across the street from the hotel which was a plus plus. Another plus was that the restaurant was opened until 11:00pm (excellent food). Unfortunately, the evening of my arrival I tried to order room service at 9:30pm but did not get a response so I had to leave the room and went to the restaurant. Also, there was not a phone book in the room.
