Good Hotel for the Money

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and very happy with the quality of the service I received from the various employees working there. We had a bit of a problem with the pick-up from the airport, but the demeanor of the driver and the very real apology from the woman who checked me in resolved the situation. All employees made me feel that they valued me as a guest.

Great Hotel

We thought the hotel was extremely nice. Beds were comfortable with alot of pillows. We have children so the pool had a large step which was perfect for the child who cannot swim to play. Room service was pricy (as all hotels are) but absolutely delicious and worth every cent for convenience. Wish they would have had pay per view. My only peeve, they have an awesome fountain that is set up in a perfect spot for children to play while adults talk and have a drink.... but we were told it was not safe for kids. I think it would benefit them and be quite easy to set up the fountain for kid play... the kids would love it and so would the parents.

Very good room and location for the price

Was very happy with the room. Very clean and modern, flat screen tv's, large shower. The room was a good size. Only thing that was questionable were the shades. They let light always comes in. There was an eyemask to wear to help you sleep. All in all I was very happy. The hotel is in a great location and the room was very clean and spacious. I will certainly look at again if I need to stay in Tampa.

window treatments

This room would of been great if only it had light blocking shades on them instead the lights from across the streat were shining in the room all night. If light doesn't wake you than this is a great room
