The hotel is in a nice location...lots to do near by and very near amusement parks. Hotel was clean, hotel staff could have been a bit more helpful, but over all not bad for the price.

Stay Away!

I've stayed in hotels all over the world and this one ranks real close to the bottom. For starters, it's very hard to drive to. You really only have one way in because the other way is impossible! One night I had to go way out of my way to even get there and it took me an extra 20 minutes, at least. The room was not completely cleaned from the previous guest. His shorts were still in the room. The sofa bed was unmade and there were no sheets, pillows, etc. to even make it up myself. The safe was totally useless without a DOOR to it! Several fixtures were literally hanging on the walls or ceiling. The airconditioning was filty and inadequate. The hallways were so hot and stuffy you couldn't stand to even open your door. I have stayed at Baymonts many times over the years, but this was the worst! Don't bother.... there are better deals out there.

You get what you pay for!

The price was very cheap, but it is not worth it. Check in is at 3 pm, but there were no clean rooms available. There were at least 4 couples plus us waiting for our rooms. We waited for an hour. The staff did not greet us and were not friendly. The rooms were very clean, but the a/c only blew hot air. It didn't start to really cool the room until the night we were getting ready the leave. The hotel is not in the greatest of areas and there was broken car window glass in the parking lot. The sign stating the hotel is not responsible for damaged or stolen cars should have told me to go somewhere else. But my car was not touched. Spend a little extra for somewhere better.

Great value for the money

I had a junior suite and the area was clean, everything worked well, (TV, Frig, Microwave, etc.) Bathroom was very clean and the maid service was excellent. Pool was clean and nice too ! Continental breakfast was excellent and you could take the food to your room. I was very pleased with the service at this hotel. This hotel cannot be beat for the value offered at the price I paid.

okay for money

overall, good hotel for price. very friendly staff. enjoyed having a microwave/refrigerator. upon arrival and checking into our room, we discovered a leak in the roof by the window which had caused plaster to fall off of the ceiling. we called front desk and they got us another room, however the only room they had left was a smoking room and we don't smoke. housekeeping also forgot to leave us clean towels and we had to ask them for them when we saw them in the hallway. the location was very convenient to all I-Drive attractions.

food for thought

for the price it was fine..however no one stopped the loud swimmers at 12:30 am even thought the pool closed at 11pm..breakfast was good but all carbohydrates... do not have a solution but wish somehow there could have been some protein..maybe hardboiled eggs.. In morning saw prosepctive guests come to front desk but could not get a live person ..so they left..seemed understaffed at the front desk..the hotel was clean and well cared for..would go again..

Okay Room

The stay was okay. we were only there one night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. If you dont plan on spending the whole day in the room, its not bad.
