Great place, but too much nickel and diming

Beautiful luxurious hotel, with great personal service, but I don't like to be nickel and dimed for services that should be included. They charged extra for a roll away bed and they charged extra for wifi service that was painfully slow. Additionally, the 'gift shop' was two shelves in a closet with a few HBC items. Not exactly fully stocked. One high point was that when I ordered a New York steak, and they were out, the chef gave me the choice of better off-menu cuts for no extra charge. That is rare. Dinner was pricey, but the food was great. Lower priced hotels in the area may not be as luxurious, but they have comparable personal services and don't charge extra money for the others. I would stay here again, but only with a discounted room rate.

great hotel for the $

This hotel in within a mile or so of the Cherry Creek Shopping district and is a great place to stay for a girls weekend.

improve

replace coffe makers in rooms . they do not work even though an explanation was givin to me. maid did not abide by -' hang your towel to reuse'!

Perfect location for us - close to Cherry Creek - beautiful hotel with very nice people and good service.
