Loews Denver Hotel

Great value. I always stay at Loews when in Denver. Close to everything and yet far enough away from traffic noise. Very quiet. Staff is wonderful. Parking is free and the feeling of security is rewarding. Rooms are good sized and beds are extremely comfortable.

One night at Loews Denver

First, Bernardo at the door/valet was wonderfully friendly and kind. He was the highlight of the stay. When we asked him where we might eat he went out of his way to help. The room was clean except the window was not. It seemed to be the outside but it looked terrible and ruined the limited view and bothered me. About a half hour after our room service for breakfast, we got a call about removing our dishes; I stated we were not dressed yet. About half an hour after that call, housekeeping knocked on our door (about 9:30 a.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.) We felt rushed out. Otherwise, it was an okay stay and for a good rate through hotels.com we might consider it again.

Great hotel

I like this hotel because its close to so many things. The hotel staff are very friendly and quick to help, and the room was clean, spacious and updated. The lobby and hallways had a funky smell...but who is to say that wasn't just a one time thing. Overall, I was impressed.

Great Hotel

I love this hotel. this was my second time there. They have complimentary valetparking. The front desk person and the valet and concierge are very attentive. We were given precise directions to the places we were looking for. The bed was very comfortable, in room coffee was great, shower had instant hot water, and it was quiet.

Wonderful Service, Okay Hotel

The hotel was nice enough. My room smelled as if it had previously been a smoking room but they brought up an air purifier right away making it slightly less smelly. I would recommend this hotel because the service was AMAZING!

Well Managed, Clean and quiet

Although slightly out of convenient range for downtown, this hotel is a good value. The rooms are clean, and the hotel is very quiet.

Nice Hotel-Friendy Professional Staff-Bad Location

The hotel is lovely and the staff is extremely professional and very customer service oriented. One problem...location-location-location. The hotel is located in a low end area not conducive to the business traveller looking for nearby restaurants and shopping. The work-out facility is lacking....appears to have been an after thought, very disappointing. Although the staff is great and the hotel interiors and room are well appointed, I would hesitate staying again if I were without transportation.

Great room for the money

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, particularly the quality of the rooms and service relative to the price we paid. The workout facility was less than expected. The restaurant was good but not excellent. I would strongly recommend the hotel and plan to stay there again in May.
