Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 9"Needs Improvement"
Very Dirty Rooms, hotels promises Breakfast Buffet on their website but we has a continental breakfast and they were out of plates !!! Dusty floors, stained carpets, mold on bathroom walls and our rooms had a funny smell. I called front desk when we checked in about our room's condition he answered i am just the front desk person I don't know about that, house cleaning handles those things???

Great Location but very dirty. Stains on rugs, bathrooms was very messy, mold on the tiles and dust on the floors almost as though bathrooms wasn't cleaned for a while. We even had plumbing issues while we were there!!!

ROOM SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE, ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED PROPERLY, FACE BASIN WAS DIRTY, AND BATHTUB, ALSO A/C WAS NOT COOL ENOUGH. IT WAS HORRIBLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY "Dog" TO STAY THERE. VERY POOR ,EVEN FRONT OFFICE WAS POOR BECAUSE WE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE ROOM AND THEY TOLD US THEY WERE OVERBOOKED AND COULD DO NOTHING. i BOOKED THIS RES. WAY IN ADVANCE AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. THEY WONT BE SEEING ME NOR ANYONE FOR ME AGAIN.

Prime location on International Dr, a little noisy so not the best location if you want absolute quiet. Lots of restaurants and attractions at walking distance, big room with all amenities functioning. If you are coming for a conference or your focus in not spending a lot of time in the room this is the place for you.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 9Howard Johnson Orlando--Horrible Condition
We recently booked our hotel stay at the Howard Johnson hotel for the International Builders Show in Orlando. We have stayed at a Howard Johnson in Orlando before, but not this one. When we arrived, we were shocked to see how horrible the condition was. The hotel was old, filthy and worn out. We were not satisfied at all. If you want to stay at a Howard Johnson, you should stay at the one located across from the Convention Center. Thanks

The room was not as clean as would be expected for a hotel. The water came out brown which leads me to believe that the hotel is nt maintained properly. The pillows on the bed were dirty, it seemed that new ones had not been baught for the rooms in a long while.
