Great room for the money

Excellent service, great location and a comfortable room with space and all the basics. Great views of downtown Disney and parks.

Not a 3.5 star hotel

This was not what I would consider a 3.5 star hotel. The room was clean but that is the only nice thing to say about this hotel. Some of my concerns was the a/c not working properly and the room was warm most of the time regardless of how low the temperature was set at. There were no cups in the bathroom and they only replaced the shampoo once over a 4 day stay. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

Not worth the money.

My husband and I stayed two nights, and were not satisfied at all. The beds were supposed to be fulls and were definitely smaller than a full. My husband and I were very uncomfortable the entire time. We had to pay for parking per day, a resort fee, and taxes/surcharges that were not and could not be explained. We will never stay here again. We could have stayed at another hotel at a cheaper price and probably be more satisfied!

the amount of money i paid for this room was nothing compared to the service and conditions of the hotel. its really ran down and i will never visist or concider staying there again

Great Value

My husband and I spent our 25th anniversary at the hotel. We have stayed there before and truly enjoyed our experience. The room, view, staff, location, the price, everything was great. We live close enough that it makes for a nice getaway, close to everything we enjoy doing. Thanks for the deals that you offer, makes it more enjoyable knowing that we didn't have to spend a fortune to have fun. Thanks for helping to make a Great Anniversary even better.

Outstanding Hotel

My husband and I stayed at the Royal Plaza for our honeymoon, all the staff members were very polite, helpful and professional. The room (which they upgraded) was very clean and beds were really comfortable. The roomservice was quick, and food was excellent. It's defintely worth the price, we'd love to stay again.

OUTSTANDING HOTEL

Hotel was very clean. I loved the roman tub. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing is. I feel that every room should have a small microwave without having to pay an extra rental fee.

OUTSTANDING HOTEL for the MONEY

"I stayed here during April 19 - 25, 2009. I must say, I was very pleased with the service and the room that I got. I arrived at the hotel around Noon, but check-in was at 4:00PM so my girlfriend and I went to a park first. When we returned, the bell desk was extremely informative and friendly. They even upgraded our reservation for free to a tower deluxe with a view of EPCOT. From reading reviews, I was expecting an average room, but it was prestine. I didnt have to use the Glade plug-ins that I bought. The Location is excellent, it is about a half-mile in both directions to downtown disney, and to an area with restaurants. This comes in handy because we skipped eating at the parks, and ate cheaper meals here. The even have delivery service from dominos pizza and various mom and pop italian restaurants around the area. These proved to be TREMENDOUSLY cheap and delicious. A dinner for two including LARGE servings of pasta, garlic bread, drinks, and tip cost only: $20.00 There is a nice cafe located in the lobby area which is not as pricey as the parks. Its is recommended that you purchase any snack items here and bring them to the parks. I stayed here for a week and I loved it. My only gripe was the transportation to the parks was not as good as the THEMED Disney Hotels. TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULE : (Three Shuttles) 1. A shuttle that goes to EPCOT and DISNEY HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS 2. A shuttle that goes to ANIMAL KINGDON and MAGIC KINGDOM 3. A Shuttle that goes to Downtown Disney One hour before park opens: Every Half Hour Until two hours after parks close. I have stayed in the a Disney Moderate resort and the Hotel Royal Plaza was a much nicer room with more ACCESIBLE/CHEAPER amenities. Staying at a themed resort we spent almost $500.00 more because we were subjicated to Disney "discounts' and 'meal plans'. HOTEL ROYAL PLAZA is a great hotel."

the room was absolutely huge with a fantastic view of downtown disney, not to mention the garden tub in the bathroom. i will absolutely be back!

Nice hotel for the price

Double beds are very almost twins. Other than that, great place.
