This hotel was the worst i've stayed in yet. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone I know. There was ants in our beds. The light fixtures were loose or broken. The service was bad. Asking the hotel employee for directions was a bad idea. They didn't even have our information right. We said two adults and two children. They didn't even have info about the children. When we asked for a refund the man cursed us out. We were followed to our room by someone from the front office and waited for us to get off and get in our hotel. The air con. did not work. The man even told us that their were cameras. I don't think he meant for our protection. We felt very uncormfortable changing, showering and sleeping. There are way better places for these ridiculous prices.

Run for the Hills!!!

This hotel is filthy. We booked at this hotel as a last minute reservation. This was the only hotel in San. Ant. that had two adjacent rooms that we needed for a large family. Neither shower worked, the shower curtain rod itself was torn from the wall, dead bugs, no AC and a manager who had to make change out of his own pocket. This place is a disgrace.

Needs Improvement

Hotel was a bit run down and obviously very understaffed. The same man was working each time we went in..wearing rumpled clothing and looking dead on his feet. The room was ok, but the tub didn't seal and the bathroom floor never really looked like it was swept. We were constantly having to ask for towels, in fact, two of the four nights we were there, they forgot to put towels in the room at all. The motel WAS very close to where we needed to stay.

okay room for the money

the room was clean but the neighborhood was not a real safe one at night. the contin ental breakfast was horrible, only cold cereal, and juice and they did not open when they were suppose to.

Stay Away

Room was not serviced (not cleaned, beds not made). Maintenance nightmare - Toiler not attached to the floor, faucet broken, holes completely through the bathroom walls. Office was still locked at 7AM and delayed departure. Continental breakfast consisted of stale cereal, warm milk, and OJ - that's it. Stayed two nights - both nights domestic disturbances (loud yelling in the hallway,threats made) broke out at 2 AM, lasted at least an hour, and hotel management did nothing to break it up.

bad place to stay

my room and my daughter's room had mold and a moldy smell... the staff running the hotel seemed confused... I was first given a key to a room that was already occupied

When we first arrived, clerk on duty knew little english. First room we were in was wet from faulty refrigerator and contained insects. Bed linens had musty smell. We asked for another room and had trouble with keys working.

Needs improvement

Desk service was "sporadic," room had not been completly cleaned when we checked in at 4 pm and never was. Commode handle was broken, dresser had tape on it. Wake up call was late, no pillow cases, only 1 bath towel.
