Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 91Hotel Charge Extra Fee Per Day
Trump's Hotel charges an extra fee as of November of 2009 of $15 per day for the "The convience of using the gym and getting two 12oz bottles of water deposited into your room". This is what the front desk told me when I inquired as about the fee. You can't opt out of the convience fee.

Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 91Very nice hotel, just a tad off the strip
Very classy hotel. Beautiful and spacious lobby, attentive staff, great pool and poolside food/drinks. The room was terrific. For those of you who are really sensitive, there was a subtle noise that you would hear throughout the day/evening which I'm pretty sure was the air pressure of the hotel's elevator system. It didn't bother us, but it was present. Our room was closest to the elevator, so others may not notice it. The hotel is right across the street from Fashion Show Mall. The hotel's location relative to others is very odd, about a 5 minute or so walk to the strip. I highly recommend it.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 91Information Disclosure
The hotel charges everyone a $15 resort fee that pays for the water you drink, coffee you drink, and valet parking.. the valet shouldn't apply if you didn't drive a car to the hotel.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 91Disappointed
I stay at this hotel often and I was very disappointed this time. The carpet was missing pieces, there were fresh stains on the wall that easily wiped off. I found nut shells on my floor and room service did not pick up my tray after 2 requests for over 24 hours. Housekeeping serviced my room when I had the do not disturb sign lit. I was very disappointed. Normally the service is good; the hotel is too new to have these issues.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 91Excessive Exterior Noise on "City Side"
My room was on the 19th floor and it was spectacular. The architectural design of the hotel was excellent. They took extensive steps to ensure that no hallway or adjacent room noise was heard in the rooms. The exterior noise was excessive, however. The nearby rail line is very active and the train horn is blown at least once per hour, every hour. Also, motorcycles and loud trucks are easily heard. This is a beautiful hotel with impressive cleanliness and attention to detail. I recommend not staying on the "City Side."

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 91Fabulous Hotel
The Trump is a very professional and quiet hotel. I especially enjoyed the fact that there is no casino or gambling at this hotel even though it is situated in Las Vegas overlooking the Strip. The view from our 58th floor was amazing of the Las Vegas Strip and we especially liked the fact that we just crossed the street from our hotel to the Fashion Show Mall to shop.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 91nice place to stay in Las Vegas
If you are looking for a small hotels in Las Vegas where you can see the check in desk when you walk in, and can walk a few steps to the elevators, if you like a non smoking environment and a beautiful room, this is the perfect place. It is close to shopping and just off the strip. Beds are comfortable!

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 91Substandard service
Disinterested and ill-informed staff. 4 staffers in spa could not tell me about the dining room - two said there was no dining that served breakfast or lunch - only dinner! Staff just didn't seem interested - not customer service oriented at all! However, the room was very quiet and comfortable.

Trip Type: Business Review 15 of 91Service Not Up to Par
For a five star hotel I expect excellent service that actually exceeds my expectations. I choose this hotel for a business trip because it does not have a casino and is off strip. When I arrived at midnight after a long flight for a meeting in the morning i was told there was a 15 resort fee. For a co worker and i this meant $60 extra dollars for a trip. On top of the resort fee, there is a $12 a day internet fee. For a business traveler, i do not need "resort" services, i need a nice place to sleep. Trump advertsies better than usual concierge services as well. When I asked for a sushi recomendation the concierge gave me three choisec and had no idea about the restaurants other than that one was formal. Finally, after my conference i came back to my room at 4pm and it hadn't been cleaned. The room was VERY nice and perfect for a long business stay, however the service was not 5*.
