Overrated

was listed as a 4 star, barely a two. felt like a motel. was told there was complimentary breakfast but there wasn't. hotel was very old.

Average hotel

The hotel has great potential but needs to be updated. Although the hotel is at the far end of the strip it allows for great views of the water. The parking lot could be expanded to account for the number of guests in the hotel. The rooms are of decent size but felt outdated. There have been many comments regarding the elevators so hopefully they will be enhanced so that they move a little faster. Having one elevator dedicated to the bellhop would probably help when checking in and out.

needs improvement

Air conditioning didn't work in first room. We had to switch rooms. Second room air didn't work either but maintenance fella worked on it and finally got it running. Room phone didn't work. Toilet kept running/faucet was dripping in bathroom. BOTH rooms needed maintenance!I wanted a quiet weekend w/just my boyfriend...NOT ne, boyfriend and the maintenance man.

Don't go on the weekend

This is a timeshare with all the inherent disadvantages. You will have to share facilities with numerous "weekend" freebie visitors meaning long waits for the elevator, crowded pool, etc. You will also be hustled more than once to invest in the property. It is also pretty run down. For us, however, it fit the bill. We wanted a quiet out of the way place and after the weekend, it was fine. Although there is a shuttle to the casinos, don't come here if you are going to AC to gamble or be part of the scene.

Not bad for the price

The room was OK. Parking is not free so if you could find parking in the street, take it. It's pretty safe. I would stay their again for the price i paid.

Big Room Very Clean

This hotel has everything that you need. Hotel staff is very helpful. Room was clean and ready when I got there. Only downfall is you must pay for parking in the building. View of ocean from balcony. Very good hotel for the money.
