average hotel a little overpriced for the time of the year off season

the halls smelled of stale smoke but the room did not staff was very helpful resturant is extreamely expenseve vs the quality of the food

Too expensive for the provided service

We think this hotel was too expensive for the service that was provided. The variety of food was very poor (we think some burgers and french fries is not acceptable at four star hotel ). The hospitality of the stuff (front desk) was on very low level. We didn't not feel like we were welcomed to that place. we think the hotel has a great benefit becuase of its close location to the Niagara Falls.

Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls

We stayed one night at the Crown Plaza for a two-day getaway. The hotel itself is adequate; nothing more, nothing less. The town of Niagara Fall, NY, is in my opinion a tourist town that is past its prime. Small sections of it are in the process of updating and rebuilding; other than that it seems the Canadian side (which we did not go to) appears to offer many more attractions.

Nice Hotel, but needs better housekeeping staff

The hotel was very nice, but our room was dirty and we had to get another room. It was obvious that the second room had been vacuumed well. The king bed was very comfortable.

Not Worth the Money

We recently stayed at this hotel and had to beg for two towels. After they cleaned the room, we were told that laundry was backed up. After waiting for three hours, we finally hunted down two towels for the evening. Upon check out, we lodged our complaint with the front desk and were told "sorry about that". For the price, we thought it was ridiculous that we couldn't even get fresh towels.

Good location for staying on the US side

I enjoyed my stay here. I left the rental car in the parking lot and never used it. We walked everywhere. The location is perfect. You can walk to the falls or even across the bridge to Canada from there and to go to places to eat. It's also right across the street from a big casino for those that like that sort of thing. There's a Starbucks connected to the hotel so that was nice for the morning. Clean hotel and the staff was friendly.

Fantastic Location and Great Customer Service

Everyone we talked to was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is directly across the street from the Seneca Casino and a 10 minute walk from the falls. The area was quiet in spite of the casino being right there. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing missing was a closet for hanging clothes. but overall it was definitely worth the money and we enjoyed our stay!

Great Getaway

We were very impressed with the speed of check in, promptness of room service, proximity to casino, positive attitude of the hotel staff, and the fabulous breakfast at the hotel restaurant. We will book there again.

Fantastic

My husband and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary. The rooms were spectacular, clean and the beds were very, very comfortable. Housekeeping did an awesome job with our room. The staff was helpful, accomodating and were very nice. I would recommend this hotle to anyone. It was a very, very nice stay. Thanks.
