This is an older hotel that needs upkeep and refurbishing. However, staff and comfort more make up for minor annoyances of stopped up drain.

The hotel all in all was pretty nice. The rooms werent perfect, but nothing major to complain about. You get what you pay for, it was a good rate for a good hotel. The best part was the mall right downstairs and the overall location in relevance to major theme parks and attractions. The staff was nice, and the rooms were maintained. So we'd stay there again for the right rate.

Outstanding service overall! Efficient room service - fair price. Polite / Professional staff! Enjoyable breakfast! Outstanding housekeeping! Very comfortable room! Can not say enough about the place! Look forward to staying here next visit.

hotel issues

overall it was a comfortable stay except the a/c wasnt what it should be. It wasnt getting or feeling as cold as the thermostat said it should be i put it on 65 degrees for the room to feel like 70 degrees.The covering on the mattress came off very easily.

Comfortable & Economic

The overall hotel stay was comfortable! It was economical and convenient to surrounding attractions. The only set back was that hotels.com didn't inform about an additional fees...please call hotel for addtl fee information.

Good Hotel

The hotel was very nice and was as advertised on Hotels.com. The pool was great! I was disappointed that the hotel didn't offer any sort of shuttle service, either between the airport or any other local points of interest. We didn't have a rental car, and cab fares were expensive. We hadn't planned to leave the property much during our stay, but the one time we did, we figured out how to take a local bus, for a considerable savings over cab fare. Overall, the accommodations were just fine. I would recommend the hotel.

Outstanding Hotel

Amazing location Right in the mall!!!! Clean and very friendly wish I couold have stayed longer was only there one night!! Will definately return!!

Good experiance

This hotel was all around a good experiance. Hotels.com was definitly the way to go. The only thing was, at the end of the stay, the hotel, charged an additional amount of $12 for what they called "hotel expences". I asked about it, and they said it was for the refrigerator, safe, and bottles of water after provided in the room, which I thought was kinda wrong since the refrigerator and safe were in the room, wasn't like I could ask for a room without it, but whatever.....all around comfort, cleanliness, and service was great. Would definitly stay here again.

Nice hotel

Overall nice hotel. If you're needing quick access to shopping, restaurants, etc this is perfect as the hotel is literally attached to the Florida Mall. One thing that was a downfall or dissapointment was that there was a HUGE traditional Indian wedding that lasted the entire weekend. On Saturday morning at 7:30 am there was loud blaring music, and wedding attendees dancing in the front entrance of the hotel...many of the guests I was riding down the elevator with were irate to be woken up so early on vacation. The party had nearly all of the ballrooms reserved so why they had to be conducting this dance in the early morning hours outside the hotel entrance with people directly above still trying to sleep was not perceived well by alot of the other guests at the hotel nor us. As well, didnt like the added $11 resort fee (for nothing), and the hotel put a $200 'hold' on my credit card so when I went to use my card at Seaworld the next day it was declined. Otherwise, the hotel was clean, rooms were spacious compared to standard rooms.

Sneaky fees

The hotel was nice, comfortable, clean and safe. What I didn't appreciate was that upon check out there was an $11.00 per day "Hotel Service Fee" plus 2 other "local" taxes I didn't know about. That would have made a difference of another choice of hotel. I don't mind paying fees, but they were not in the original booking, but in fine print afterwards, nor, at check in at the hotel, does anyone mention them. It would have been considerate, professional and responsible of the hotel to mention them-before- the bill arrived under the door the morning of check out.
