Great room for the money

Great room for the money plus excellent location.

best hotel ever

Outstanding Hotel; We loved this hotel so much until we had our entire family change their reservations to this hotel for our annual family fun weekend. Loved it will only stay at this hotel from now own when I visit orlando ; the price was so great until we were able to stay an additional night. Words can't express the experience at the Florida Hotel.

Great Hotel, Great Location!

The hotel staff was friendly, especially Chip from Room Service. The hotel itself as well as the room we stayed in were beautiful. But my favorite part was having the mall right downstairs! I would go shopping, bring my bags back to the room, then go shop some more! I live in the area, but it still was a great weekend getaway! I never had to leave the mall and still had a wonderful time.

Excellent value for an outstanding hotel. It was a little hard to find since it is behind the mall, but that was not a problem.

Great Location

Close to everything. Great room for the money. This was my second stay there. The only thing I don't like is the $11.00 fee they charge per night. Other than that no complaints.

Great room with accessablity to shopping and entertaiment

The room was nice (would consider upper floors next time over Mezzanine level). The only issue I would hope that they would attend to is the the room was considerably hotter than the hallway or rest of hotel. Thermostat did not make a difference and room got warm throughout the evening. The hotel was well located to shopping (located at the Florida Mall) and within easy driving distance to Universal, CitiWalk and Food and Entertaiment establishments. For value and location, I would recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel, great price

My wife and I chose to stay hear to try something different, we usually stay on I drive. This hotel is impressive, attached to the Florida mall. Front desk staff was very nice, allowed us to check in 1 1/2 hours early, all staff very friendly as well. Room was comfortable and roomy and clean. On site bar/grill was cool, but you could also just walk out into the mall and visit many different restuarants. This hotels looks and service made it seem like we should have paid lots more.

Great room for the money

Everything was great except that they charge an additional $12.38 for newspaper, water bottles, etc., even if you dont use them. Also my room did not have a microwave and the pool closed at dusk.
