Very Nice Hotel

The rooms were very comfortable. They have a fridge in the room, but could really use a small microwave also. The elevators are a problem. They require all guests on floors 3-11 to put their key card in a reader before pressing a button. The readers were flaky and didn't work well at all. It also is impossible to do when the elevator is full and no, others cannot press the button for your floor even if their card was read.

Great for the money spent

I only stayed one night, but will certainly stay at this hotel again if I am traveling to the area. Great location and great deal on hotels.com!

Convenient Location

I often stay at the hotel when traveling for business. It is affordably priced, conveniently located, and the staff is always courteous and helpful. However, I'd advise against ordering room service. There are many other affordable and more palatable options. In a pinch you can just walk into the adjoining mall and visit any number of resturants.

Great Hotel

This was a great hotel but difficult to find. Punching the address into the GPS left us sitting in front of the mall with no clue where to go. A quick phone call to the hotel, however, guided us around the side and into the hotel with no problems. We were very pleased with the quality of everything but were not pleased that the taxes were not included in our hotel.com booking and so we got a bill for them when we left.

Great Location!

Upon entering the lobby, you feel that you are in a comfortable and safe environment. The desk clerks welcomed me enthusiastically, and made me feel right at home. Check-in was a breeze, no long lines to get your keys, and seeing the room, I knew I had made a good choice. I travel frequently, and have stayed in many hotels. The Florida Hotel at the Florida Mall was a very positive one for me. I also liked the fact that it was attached to the Mall, as I found myself with some free time to catch up on my shopping. I recommend this hotel highly.

Excellent room for the money

Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and staff is friendly. Have stayed twice because of proximity to my home office when working late in Orlando. Will continue to be a patron as long as it is offered!

Great Room for the Money

To have the hotel connected to the mall was great. The room was clean. Housekeeping was very prompt. For the money this was a good place to stay.

Awesome...Loved It!

I loved staying in a hotel where I could go shopping in a mall as soon as I woke up. Having the mall was the greatest thing about staying here and I will definitely do this again around Christmas time. The hotel staff was kind and courteous and the room was really nice.

Great Hotel

I travel to Orlando on a regular basis and this is one of my favorite hotels. It didn't use to be, in fact at one time I had a disappointing experience there, however the last few times I stayed there they have greatly improved their customer service. The only suggestion I would have is that they include the $11 additional charge into the room rate, but even with this it is an outstanding hotel for the price.

they suck

They charge you a resort fee every day. also the Cleaning of the room is awful, very late in the day and the dont really clean the room, they just change the bed and towels.
