NASTY

The room was nasty dead roaches in the room. young adults being very loud. All I got to say is that it was horrible!!!!

Quality Stay

Hello all, My over all view about the conch house, is that if you are looking for a nice budgeting place to stay. Nice scenic view as well as quick access to the beach. This is the place to stay, naturally looks is not on the pleasant side of the hotels charm. I can agree that it is accommodating towards what you pay for.

short stay

I attended a conference two hotels away. Place was an easy walk and less than half the price of the host hotel.

I'll never come back

I didn't like the hotel at all, surroundings are great but, this place needs lot of repairs . It is not neat at all.

Good value room

Generally very well maintained but I was disappointed with cleaning under the bed. They also nick you for $1.50/night for a safe whether you want it or not and $3.00 for parking.
