Needs Improvement

Room was very small and DID NOT have a bath tub, only a shower, I checked in with 2 small children, they should have had the common sense to get me a room with a tub. I was not satisfied at all and do not recommend this hotel.

Not Impressed

The appearance of the hotel was very modern and attractive. However, my bathroom door was in need of a coat of paint and cleaning. The rooms were small, but comfortable. Housekeeping did not leave enough linens for my husband and I for two consecutive days. Also, only one of our two room keys worked. Ultimately, the worst experience happened with in-room food service. The menu in the room did not match the menu in the down stairs restaurant; therefore, it was a pain to order. They were out of a lot of foods, such as hamburgers. I received my food in a timely fashion, but the staff forgot to include the condiments. I called the restaurant to make a request. After twenty minutes I realized no one was coming so I fetched my own food additions.

Nicer Hotel 5 years ago

Hotel looked a lot nicer the last time I was there 5 years ago. But the service was excellent and so is the location.

Too left over

This hotel needs to be refurbusihed and the managment team needs to attend hotel management school. Does not come across as advertised; I would remove from selection.

Okay hotel for money!!!

When my daughter, husband, and I arrived at this hotel we were greated nicley and pretty fast. But when we recieved the keys to our room we were given a room that had already been checked out to someone. Then we got another room and when we proceeded to that room the bed was not maid and there were used towels everywhere on the floor. But then we eventually got a clean nice room. Other than that the room and the service was great! I would reccomend this hotel as long as the rooms are clean! :)

Needs a lot of improvements

Upon checking in into the room we found that the room was not completly clean. housekeeping blatantly disregarded the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign. The night desk person was not friendly at all. Valet service was horrible. valet drivers and managers were rude.
