Clean, friendly and good location. Near Barnes Hospital.

we'll stay there every time we visit St. Louis

great location in Central West End. Close to the Pagaent Theatre, which is why we came to St. Louis, for a concert. Easy, close parking, $5 per day. The hotel lobby had FREE: fresh popcorn, coffee, tea, bananas, apples, and chocolate chip cookies!! LOTS of places to eat close by.

Great room & location for the money

Location of the hotel was perfect for an easy in and out of St. Louis, plus the area was great for getting a quick & good bite to eat!! Staff was very accommodating and nice about it. Used the Metrolink to get around which would highly recommend to all to use as cheap, convenient, and a lot less stressful. Garage is confusing (check in first!!) though happy about the low cost for parking. Thought about paying extra for hotel closer to downtown but so glad we opted to stay here both for hotel & location.

Great room for the cost.

Beds were very comfortable in a clean environment and very safe neighborhood next to the hospital. Also very close to the Arch and Busch Stadium with easy access in and out. Would stay here again if coming into St. Louis.

Great Value in Great Neighborhood

A really good value in one of the best neighborhoods in St Louis. Close to everything in Central West End and the Metrolink.

Great place

The hotel was really nice and clean. The people who worked there were really friendly. They gave us great directions to places and where we should go. It was just a little hard to find. But that could be just from us not knowing where we were going.

Great Deal!

This hotel was way nicer than I had presumed, given the low cost and relatively low star rating. Everyone there was super nice and there were free cookies and coffee all day in the lobby. It was a beautiful hotel - the only beef I have is that the walls are very thin, and my friends and I were awakened early in the morning because the neighbors were talking. Other than that - it was a superb stay!

Great Hotel

Hotel was great! It was close to everything of intrest. Very clean and room was great.. The lobbie had coffee tea and popcorn.

St Louis Visit & Tour

The Parkway has a great location and the surrounding area is very good. We walked to nearby restaurants and enjoyed some good food and interesting shops. We drove to locations downtown St Louis and sites we wanted to visit without any problems. The price was good and the hotel easily met our expectations. There is construction in the garage area that gave us a little navigation problems, but nothing to fret over.

Great Overall

Really nice room and good location. Right next to Forest Park where the zoo is and only 15 - 20 minutes to downtown St. Louis. My only complaint at all is that I'm allergic to down/feathers and when I asked at the desk for an alternative pillow I was told that they didn't have any other options available. Granted, it was about 2 a.m. and maybe the desk clerk just didn't want to bother, but I found it odd that a hotel this nice didn't have options for people who can't sleep on down/feather pillows. Other than that it was great though. Applebees is attached to the hotel and there are several cafes within a block of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again, but next time I'd bring my own pillow :)

Great Hotel

I was very pleased with this hotel. I was in town to see a show at the Fox Theater. The Parkway Hotel is in a great location if you are doing anything in that area or seeing the arch. The only downside is that if you park in the garage, its an extra $5 day. Not too big of a deal if you are only spending one night, but something to think about it if you are staying longer.
