A Pretty Good Experience

The location was great with its proximity to SLU's campus and downtown. The room had a minifridge and a microwave, two amenities not usually included in the price of a hotel room. Standard cable, no internet in the room but a business center of the 5th floor was helpful. I'm not one to complain about minor details but when we arrived at our room,there was a dirty coffee cup left on the floor under the desk. The hotel reps behind the desk weren't always the friendliest either. For the price and location as well as free parking in the city, everything was worth it though.

Parking Garage at the Parkway Hotel/St Louis

First we couldn't get in the garage, then we couldn't get out! The staff did not explain the set up to us, which would have been helpful. There are two swipe entries in the front - the first one is for hotel guests. When leaving don't follow "the exit" sign because you need a card to exit there. You need to go to another exit which is marked with a street name. Confusing to say the least.

Great Hotel Very Good Location

WE chose this hotel for its proximity to Washington University when we were getting our child situated at school. It is a ten minute drive to campus. ( even closer to St. Louis University) This was a good central location--- short drive to school, walking distance to restaurants. Coffee, teas and fruit was provided courtesy all day at the hotel. They only have half and half not healthy for dieters or health conscious individuals. But since this was my only issue we were very happy that we chose this hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We will go back when we visit the school.

Completely Satisfied

We were hoping to get a room downtown for the weekend, but with everything booked chose The Parkway Hotel. The hotel was within minutes of the downtown area. The staff were helpful & friendly. The rooms were clean & beds very comfortable. Would definintely recommend this hotel to others.

Outstanding Hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the Parkway Hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. It was in a great area, we felt very safe in this area. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to everyone!!!!
