Hotel is right off the interstate so its easy to locate and get to. rooms were clean and bigger than expected. the hotel has a small conference center and is catered to business travelers. nice and comfy king size bed

good room for the money

The room was very reasonable and close to our destination. The bed was a little on the hard side for my taste. However, I was looking for economy and convenience at the time. The hotel exceeded my expectations in that category and I would recomend them to others.

Expected more for the money.

Because it wasn't a peak or high rate season, I expected more for the amount we paid. Though it wasn't bad, the location was perfect for our short stay.

A big disappointment

When I arrived after driving 125 miles I was an hour early and was told checkin was not until 2 p.m. which was not a problem. I waited in the lobby and when 2 p.m. came and went I finally went back to the desk inquired about the room they said they had one...I was checked into the room and when I arrived began unpacking a few things...when I noticed there were personal items still in the room. When I called the front desk no one answered after 10-12 rings so I went outside and found a maid and told her about the room..The front desk told me to come back to the desk, so I had to load up all my luggage and haul it back to the lobby where they issued me another room just 3 doors from where I started...There did not seem to be much concern about the inconvenience to me. Also, the airport shuttle did not start until 6 a.m. and I had a 6:50 flight so I was forced to spend $40. for a cab to the airport...I will never stay there again and will be very suspect if ever I were given an option to select Ramada Inn in the future...This was not a pleasant experience. I also tweeked my back when I had to drag my bags back and forth. Thank you SueD.

Great one night stay!

Needed a place near the Bush Intercontinental Airport that wasn't too expensive because we were flying out the next morning. Room was great. My thing is bathrooms, I cannot stand gross bathrooms but was impressed with the cleanliness! We had our little poodle with us and there are lots of nice grassy areas by the pool for him to play in. Bed was SOOO comfy. We even ordered a pizza for delivery! This place is worth it. :) Con: Was not impressed by the Continental Breakfast. They serve you, I prefer buffet style.

Poor Service

I am a 76 year old widow who arrived at the hotel late in the evening. I was given a map and a key and told to go back outside and walk around the outside of the building, past a parking lot and one wing of the motel, through several dark outside passages, with no offer of help with my luggage, or someone to escort me to my room and ensure my safe arrival. The motel is not in a very nice part of town. I could not follow the map in the dark while struggling with my luggage, and had to go back to the front desk and DEMAND an escort/guide by refusing to go alone in the dark. I was told the motel was less than 4 miles from the airport. The drive took over 20 minutes - a long 4 miles.

Great room for the money....

This was a last minute decision we made before flying to Miami for our cruise. It was in a great location, the room was very clean, and the price was great! Thank you Ramada!!

This hotel is quite a long way from the airport, a good 15 to 20 minutes drive.
