Bally' Atlantic City

Great room for the money. Thought it would cost more to stay at a casino. Clean large riim. Great location, lots to do and to get to by walking. Didn't realize Bally's, Calridge and Bally's Wild West are allconnected into one--makes forinterstin setup and convenience. Staff friendly and helpful.

The room was acceptable overall, but the coffee maker was missing some parts and the shower was weak.

The CL Tower that I had did not have a fridge in the room. That is my only critique

There is room for improvement

Considering that these room are so expensive, I would think that there could be a microwave in the rooms.

good price for value

I went to the front desk complaining that the safe in my room when I checked in was closed. The "RUDE" front desk clerk when I complained told me to go back to my room and the locksmith will be there in a minutes. I went back, and waited for 45 minutes, nobody showed up. I was very upset to loose an hour of my vacation waiting for respond. By the way until I left the safe was not adjusted as promised . Other wise I had a great time, despite losing in gambling.

We stayed in the older section of the hotel. It was noisy with people hollering in the hallways. This section of the hotel is too far from the beach. Also the bellman broke our cooler and offered us only plastic bags to put our goods in. At the high rates we paid for these rooms you would have thought they would have offered to replace it.

Excellent Staff

Had a room in the older section of the hotel. Comfortable; clean. Would recommend for short stay. I would like to suggest that they put a table or "something" in the shower area....lots of room but no where to put essentials.
