Cheap and HUGE for the price.

Walking distance to the nearest casino, which was a big plus.

Its a great plays to stay for younger people, but the only thing that was bothering me was the that the music had to be shot down after 10pm which is acceptable.

Very nice place to stay when you're in Palm Springs

This hotel is winderful. bigger & cleaner than I expected. location is great, and the staff greats you with a smile. i will recommend this to all who wish to visit Palm Springs.

great room for the money

I was very happy with the size of the room. anyone that came to visit was very suprised on the size. we highly recommend this hotel and we definetly be back

Were pleasantly surprised

Reading the previous reviews, we set our expectations fairly low, and were surprised. Very spacious one-bedroom, two full bed unit. Yes, the kitchen was very dated, but all was in working order. Continental Buffet was available Saturday morning only, somewhat odd, but again, not expected. If you arrive Mon-Fri, highly recommend a trip across the street to the casino buffet - $9.95 for exceptional variety. Borrowed some tennis equipment for some play on the nice courts, again, a pleasant surprise. Not a resort, but more of a hotel feel with apartment-like units. Overall, great value, clean, good service.

This room was more then I expected! Two thumbs up!!!

Fantastic During White Party 2009

My boyfriend, myself and two other friends shared the one bedroom during White Party 2009. With the exception of a disfunctional Sleeper Sofa, this room, location, and staff were FANTASTIC! Thank You for making our stay a great one!!

Great rooms.

The room was much nicer and bigger than I expected. 1 block away from the strip and a casino. Would stay here again.

Need to Update

The price are reasonable, location is great, but Marquis Villa needs to update their furniture, appliances, increase pool size, and as a sport and t.v. fanatic, the need to get bigger and better television. What they have now, a 13inch outdated t.v., that does not appeal the consumers.
