Huge Hotel Room

If you stay on the 1st floor, the rooms are very large. We really liked it.

Love this place..

I have stayed there twice, the staff are friendly and helpful.. The rooms are huge and have everything you need from a microwave,stove,fridge,utensils,pans, plates.. extra blankets.. The balconies are private, I would not stay anywhere else in Palm Springs,between the location,staff and hotel you can't beat it.. Hotels.com might get good rates but be careful because they charge you a service fee.. it's not a flat rate, it's a percentage. There is also a 10.00 a day resort fee.

Roaches in the kitchen

The place was great other than that. The location couldnt be better. The grounds were well maintained. If I needed anything all I had to do was ask and It was delivered to me within 30 min (extra frying pan, cookie sheet. the first day I was there I opened an avacado ate half, left the rest on the counter only to return 5 min later and discover roaches were eating it. I never saw them again ( I was there 5 days). I simply put all food away in the fridge. They also let me upgrade my room and check out 3 hours later with no charge. I will definately stay here again.

Dated but Great

The furnishings in the room were very dated, but the location, cleanliness, size of the room, and price were perfect. I would absolutely stay there again.

Really big one bedroom

We found the Marquis Villas to be great for our needs. They are just two blocks off the main street in Palm Springs, have huge beautiful rooms looking down on a huge beautiful pool, and the units are nicely furnished with full kitchens. One draw back is that they are doing a lot of repairs around the property, which is showing some aging such as paint, carpet, etc. But overall, a great place for a family to stay a few days, or a week.

Dated, but spacious

the room had plenty of space, but the furnishings and dishes were dated and sparse. The hallway smelled a little musty (at best), but the room itself was fine.

Huge room for the money

Was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room since the website does not show pictures of room. Very spacious and comfortable. Nice balcony too. If furnishings and TV's were updated it would be nice, but still great room for the price. I would definately stay here again. Location very close to everything.

pleasant weekend

Bad stuff - Called the hotel before leaving home and was put on hold for 17 minutes. Hung up, called back and it was answered and i was taken care of. Guess they don't pick up calls on hold. Poolside food/drink service was poor. Carried out a frozen burger pattie and tossed it on the grill. Had to scoop mayo from a large jar... Bed mattress was lumpy. Good stuff - price for the room and poolside food/drinks. Great location. Large rooms and comfy sofa. Large bathroom. Secure parking. The good outweighed the bad by far.

Great Value

Great location (walking distance to downtown), huge place, very reasonable rate! This is the only place in Palm Springs I'll stay again. Sure it needs some improvement, the furniture is outdated and a little worn, but overall it was wonderful. I definitely recommend this place.

Quiet Retreat...Not

Great property for families....if you like kids running & yelling through the halls day & night. We are senior adults who posted a do not disturb sign on our door. It was a clear invitation to the kids to ring our door bell repeatedly after midnight. Where are the parents?
