Loved the Riviera - beautiful pool area which turns into an even more beautiful area at night, with the lights and cozy fire pit areas. The restaurant was fantastic - and the service was exceptional! I also have to say the bed was very comfortable - which is so important to me! Look forward to my next stay at the Riviera.

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 7its a total paradise
I loved everything about the hotel especially court area with swimming pool and the Terra spa. Very modern and sophisticated look! Food was good. The only thing I would watch out is the final payment. They made lot of errors on the bill and if I was not paying attention I would have end up paying almost $500 extra. They were good about making the corrections but still it makes me wonder ;) I thought it was little too much at the time of checking in to find out that they were charging $19 per day as Resort access fee plus enforced $16 per day Valet parking even though they had substantial available parking spaces.

Overall the hotel was very nice. Large rooms, separate bathtub and shower. My only issue was the valet parking. The fact that you have to use the valet parking (or park on the street) is ridiculous. I was there on business/vacation and it was a pain in the neck to have my car brought up every time I needed to go somewhere.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 7Overall good - only one issue
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are good size and have quality furniture. Good location (Close to downtown area). My only complaint is that you have to use the valet parking or park on the street. Normally this would not be a problem but I was on business which required me to come and go throughout the day. This was a huge headache as it took a while to have my car pulled around.
