The woman who checked me in was not what I would call friendly or terribly helpful. It seemed like she felt she was doing me a favor by checking me in. When I got to the room, the smell (unpleasant) was overwhelming. I was really tired and just wanted to sleep so I thought I'd air it out a bit by opening the door and the window. It helped a little but UGH! I ended up sleeping with the window open. I also found a hair on one of the towels as soon as I went into the bathroom to wash and dry my hands. There were stains on the small fabric throw at the foot of the bed, too, which were disgusting. Overall, NOT IMPRESSED! Sad thing is that I've stayed there before (in different room types) and really enjoyed the stay. I'm all about second chances, but, this stay was so bad that I would have to reconsider staying there again in the future.

Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 124Very Nice!
All amenities were very nice, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant and lounge on-site were very good. Overall service was friendly, timely, and knowledgable.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 124Good room for the money
The room was very clean and the bed was like "sleeping at home" (no kidding). Also, nice to have internet access included with the rate!

This was a great hotel! We loved the price we paid through hotels.com. The room was great and the hotels shops and restaurants were wonderful as well.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 124Great stay. Great price
My stay at the Little America hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked a courtyard room, but once there was given the option to upgrade to a garden view or tower room for a very fair price. I opted for the tower room. The room was huge. The furnishings were dated, but in great shape. There was a dressing area and a large bathroom. The turn down services was an added bonus. There were two pools and the one within the tower was an indoor/outdoor, which was a nice option. The food in the cafe was also very good. All and all the stay was wonderful. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit firm for my tastes, but if you like a firm bed then it is exactly what you are looking for.

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 124Great Hotel
When we are in SLC we always stay at Little America, good thing we have been there before. The bed that we had was so hard that neither one of us slept. Usually, the rooms and the comfort level are very high and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 124Nice Play to Stay
Very comfortable, quiet, commodious room with an extremely comfortable bed and terrific bathroom. Right across the street from the a much larger hotel (where my conference was) which is definitely "grander" but the rooms can't be any more comfortable and they are definitely a lot more expensive. Technically this is a "motel" rather than a hotel, but that's fine because you probably ought to have a car in Salt Lake City if you want to do anything at all.
