very pleased

We were very excited with this hotel! We were able to walk to arrowhead with no problem and denny's was across the stree, so we got breakfast on the way. Room and staff was exceptional and we had a view of arrowhead and parking lot from 7th floor! room was clean and beds very comfy.

fairly good

could not change the thermostat to the room which made it very uncomfortable. allthough a certain temp would be ok for most,this was not the case and would be better for the guest to be able to change as neccassary.

Outstanding KC Stay

The room was great, the hotel was very large and super quiet. Excellent value and location. Our only complaint was that the bed was too hard, of course, that is our preference. Great staff, restaurant was having a buffet for the game and it was some of the best food I have ever had, the roast beef was amazing!!

Entry issues

We were a little miffed because they told to park in back near our room. What they didn't tell us was that entry door couldn't be accessed after 10 p.m. There's also no sign. We also had several issues with our room keys and got a bit of a snotty remark from the night desk. This was all taken care of and taken care of well the next day.

Not what I would expect

We reserved a nonsmoking room but given smoking. There were ciggarette ashes left in the room. Dirty windows and a tiny bathroom. Average height people had to squat to fit under the showerhead. Hot tub was lukewarm and filled with dead skin and hair. However, the view was great and the beds were comfortable. Overall, a let down.

Perfect for a sports event

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my room to the Sheraton. Clean and very comfy bed! Very convenient to the stadiums. They provide shuttle service but we chose to walk because it's just that close! Great fitness center, too. Disappointments - extra charge for internet, no continental breakfast and the hot tub was not hot. They got maintenance right on it when I brought it to their attention. Still worth it. I would go back if I were to stay for a football or baseball game

Walking distance to Chiefs and Royals

Rooms and service weren't bad either, with one exception. Once the kitchen closes for room service, the people at the bar could take orders for pick up, but don't even answer the phone from hotel guests. Not cool.

Good Deal

The blackout blinds are great since there is a ton of light there. Comfortable for the price.

Good location

If you are going to a football or baseball game, it is an excellent location within walking distance to both stadiums. It is very easy to get to, and was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.
