Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 44Thin Walls!
The hotel was transitioning from Sheraton to Holiday Inn, so there was no internet in the rooms, and nothing could be charged to the room. That alone was annoying, but trying to sleep was much worse; I had to listen to the TV in the next room, and the bed wasn't particularly comfortable. Overall, not a bad hotel, but services were not available when promised and the thin walls is a huge issue for me.

Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 44Close to sports stadiums
If you're going to a Royals or Chiefs game this is the place to stay. Located just across the street. The hotel was nice with a restaraunt and bar. The do offer internet access in your room, but they charge $4.95 per day for it which seems petty considering most hotels include it with the room. Overall this is a 3.5. There's a waterpark connected to the hotel so it would be perfect if travelling with children.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 44Terrible Service and NOT Clean
I don't know even what to start with... 1. Check in was crazy - rooms not ready. 2. room looked like it had sit empty for months - you could write your name in the dust. 3. bedding was dirty!! Yes, dirty!! 4. the shower rode was coming out of the wall. 5. we had one wash cloth - no coffee service called down for wash cloths and coffee, sweetner and etc. never received!! 6. Ordered french onion soup and it was so salty I set it to the side - the waitress came and looked that I had never ate it and said "it's to salty right? we have had other complants" now if others had complained why are they still serving it? 7. the hallways had food and trash laying in them. 8. House keeping was rude. We just thought this was a terrible experience in a Sheraton property.

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 44Very Comfortable and Relaxing
Definitely worth the money. Lobby, restaurant, bar, workout room and business center were very nice. Only thing that didn't seem up to par was the indoor pool. It seemed like it was in a basement with no natural light almost creepy. Otherwise, I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 44nice, but needs some cleaning
The hotel was nice enough, in a good area. Rooms were clean and comfy. Tv only turned on when it wanted to, and the phone didn't work properly. The swimming pool and water park was grimey. Pretty gross really. Two elevators were broken by the time we left,(but we were at a conference with about 1,000 people, those elevators were used a lot). The food from the menu left something to be desired, but the buffet was great. I will say that all of the hotel staff was very nice. Overall, its a nice hotel, but they need to pay a little more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning. I would stay there again. though.

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 44Great Hotel
I loved my stay at the Sheraton. The only thing I would have changed was the fact that the room didn't have a mini frig. We were staying there for a dog grooming convention and would have liked the frig to be in the room to keep some refreshments.

Trip Type: Business Review 15 of 44Great Room. Great Rate
This hotel is great. I did have a problem with my room (ac fan very loud), but it was corrected immediately without any other problems. I will stay here again, and I recommend it to any and all road warriors.
