Great room for the money

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was close to everything. The breakfast was okay. Not bad for the price that I paid for the room.

hotel stay

its was very nice classy n very clean awsome welcome too. we are palnning a nother vacation soon adn will be going back.also right on international drive close to everything.

Was good all around.

The hotel was nice we stayed in a suite and man it ws comfortable my girl was amazed. The only thing is the stove was small but we dealt with it other than that they get an A+++ in our book.

Great room for the money

Great room, clean, great staff (except the one on the first day at the reception), convinient location to the I-Ride. In the end- great value for the money we paid for the room.

Great Hotel for the Price !!!!

My wife and I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The price was definitely worth the stay and if not more. Service at the front desk was great. The rooms were clean and did not feel drabby at all. Rooms come with truly FULL kitchen. We will definitely be staying at Hawthorn Suites whenever we come back to Orlando and have recommended it to all of our friends. The breakfast was good enough for us not to go out and buy anything until lunch time. It included, eggs, sausage, toasted bagel or bread, cereal, oatmeal, orange juice, apple juice, hot chocolate, milk, etc. There was also happy hour every evening, I didn't attend, but heard that it came with free beer and chips.

Be Careful!!!

Be careful, If you are looking for a refrigerator and/or microwave, we did not find one in the executive suite. Unfortunately, I did not see that important piece of information until after I made the reservations. Also, there wasn't an ice bucket. We went to the front desk and received a water pitcher, which was okay but, not as nice.

Hawthorn The Place To Be

i stayed at the Hawthorn near Universal, and let me just say the hotel was great. The staff was super nice, the hotel was very clean. the only thing that was bad about the room was we got non smoking but it seemed as if someone had smoked in the room. The room was great, look just as described. Having the fridge and microwave was very useful. The location of the hotel couldnt have been better. It was minutes to everything, international drive, the millieum mall, and the bowling alley rigt across the street. i would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone, best experience didnt have to worry about anything. The last thing is breakfast, it was okay just keep in mind "it's FREE"

Nice and Cozy

The hotel was nice and cozy it was a lil smaller than I thought but it was fine. The happy hour was great if you are a beer and wine drinker. My wireless internet didn't work and you had to pay to use theirs, thats the only negative. I would stay again and highly recommend.

Wonderful Place to stay

The staff was very polite. The rooms were very clean exceed my expectations for the price. Very close to everything. Breakfast was great also. Will definately return.

Great Hotel

The hotel was very nice. Rooms were comfortable, full breakfast-eggs, bacon, hot oatmeal, cereal, etc. Pool is a little small but cozy.

Great for the money...

I must say I always enjoy staying at Hawthorne Suites. The bartender, staff that checked us in and out and the breakfast staff were awesome. However, I would say the cleaning staff needs some improvement on the cleaning aspect and speaking english-it's hard to request things or to explain that something needs to be done when the person doesn't understand you because he/she does not speak English.

Good splace to stay

All was in order except that they tv in the bedroom had bad reception, the one in the living room worked okay. The arm chair in the living room and the vanity chair in the bathroom was stained with something. Other than those things all else was good, the room was otherwise very clean and I enjoyed my stay there.
