Loved it

Modern hotel ultra clean and staff very helpful. Shuttle to airport dropped you off at your carrier's terminal every half hour. My flight was early am. My husband's flight was in the pm. Check out was noon. Beds the most comfortable of a three week stay in Italy.

Surprisingly fantastic!

We had low expectations when booking this airport hotel, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The decor is very modern, cookies ready upon arrival, hotel is spotless, staff was friendly, beds/lines are very comfortable, shower has great pressure. The restaurant was good but a little pricy - there's no where else to eat close by so you're stuck eating there. There was not one thing to complain about. Highly recommend it.

Great ending to our visit to Italy.

We spent nine nights in four different hotels throughout Italy. We spent our last night at the Hilton Garden Inn mainly because it was very close to the airport and they had a free shuttle. Check in was a breeze. The front desk personnel were very friendly and had answers to all of our questions. Our room was very clean and had a lot more room then our other hotels we had just stayed in. Internet was free whether you used their complimentary computers or had your own wi-fi. The only cautions I would throw out would be that there is really nothing around the hotel to do or go to for meals or entertainment. You would have to take a cab. Also, the shuttle did not pick up where all of the others did. Our directions were to wait at Pylon B. We figured out that Pylon B was Terminal B and the shuttle picked up right where all of the regular cars picked up and dropped people off. Great hotel.

service is no where to be seen at this hilton

hotel was easily confused with the airport hilton that was very easily accessible. hilton garden inn was by no means accessible. one can wait for a complementary shuttle which they say runs every 20 min but they really wait till they can fill the small bus, at one point i waited over 2 hours for the shuttle, then to top tings off i had to fight for my seat(8 person bus was holding 12 they actually had people in the cargo sitting on everyone bags on the bus all the way there) hilton garden inn is by no means easy to get to it is located at a separate runway in the cargo air-transport area. once there you can tell it is a hilton, rooms were very roomy and every thing is quite clean. service on the other hand was non existent the staff available was visibly over whelmed and frustrated.
