Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 25very special hotel
I am not the kind of guy that gives a 5-star rating to anything very often. The Mayflower Park is a very special property and now is the time to take advantage of the economic downturn with their current low rates. I checked in to find a beautiful 6th floor corner suite--huge--with a beautiful view of downtown Seattle. This is a family-owned hotel, not a chain, and that attitude is reflected by the employees, all of whom seemed to enjoy their jobs and were very helpful and friendly at all times. Though I intended to, I never did visit the restaurant Andaluca due to my own busy schedule. The bar was a friendly and warm space with great old windows looking out to the bustling urban street. This hotel is just a short walk from anything in the heart of downtown, and adjoins the Westlake center where you can catch the monorail, buses or light rail for all parts of the city. Just a five minute walk to Pike Place Market, great shopping, dining and bars. This place is an absolute diamond for the price I paid.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 2 of 25Wonderful Hotel!
Absolutely beautiful hotel with friendly staff and lovely rooms. The only issue we had was the size of the bed; upgrading those full sized beds to king size would make the rooms perfect! We'll definitely be staying at the Mayflower the next time we're in town!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 25More than I expected
This hotel far exceeded my expectations. We were located in the middle of downtown Seattle and almost everything was in walking distance of short cab ride away. Room is a bit small but very elegant. We had an awesome view of downtown from our room. Staff was more than helpful and so polite. Loved the bar in the lobby too! Check it out. I definetly have nothing bad to say about this place and definetly got more than we paid for.

Picked this hotel (Mayflower Park)out of a list of several in the area. We are sure glad we did! The staff was very helpful - excellent, as a matter of fact. We were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 10 of 25Outstanding Hotel
I used to live in Seattle for 6 years. During that time, the company that I worked for always used Mayflower Park for our corporate guests. I had been inside the hotel and thought it was lovely, but had never been in any of the rooms. I have to say, I was very impressed. They are really cute, boutique-style, extremely comfortable rooms - very charming! Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and went out of their way to say hello and be of assistance. Thank goodness for the bad economy, because I got a ridiculously low rate on the room - I wouldn't have been able to stay here at the usual 4 or 5 star hotel price. If you have the money, I would say do not skimp and compromise on staying at any other hotel. Mayflower Park has everything you'll want in a hotel stay, especially location - you can't get better than this.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 25Good for the price, very friendly staff
I thought overall this hotel was good. The location was great and I was with in walking distance to everything I wanted to do downtown (Pike Place Market, shopping, eating etc.) The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only issues (and it was a small one) was that the rooms did not have updated furnishings. The tv is an old 25", not a flat screen. The desk and chair are old and the bed has a "real" old-school comforter on it. I tend to like to stay at more modern and updated hotels. But this hotel was clean and I was comfortable once I got settled.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 12 of 25Just what we wanted
This hotel is located in the heart of downtown Seattle. Everything is within walking distance. The Mediterranean restaurant Andaluca is located downstairs and is excellent, a favorte place for us to dine.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 13 of 25Nice Hotel
Very good location, but too noisy. Could hear the street noise, but also the walls are thin and you can hear everything from the hallway.

We were thrilled with the hotel. We had a great room for the price. The location cannot be beat. And the service was top-notch. We walked the whole weekend, saw everything we wanted to and more, and are excited to return.
