Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 21Convenient Location
Well maintained classic hotel. Imaculate bathrooms and furnishings despite being an older facility. Great location for visits to Pike Market etc. Monorail 1 minute walk. Friendly staff always willing to help. "Classic" Room was small but not unusual for midtown hotels.

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 21Very Convenient Hotel
This hotel is in a perfect location. It's next door to Seattle's monorail & blocks from Pike Place Market. The employees are helpful and friendly. The bathrooms looked newly upgraded. The only drawback is that it's noisy. The walls are thin. The windows aren't sound proof.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 21Great find in downtown Seattle
This hotel is one of the nicest places we have stayed in Seattle. The rooms are well apointed, beds comfy, bar is great. We were able to sit in the upper lobby with the piano playing and enjoy a bottle of wine and a cheese/fruit tray totally by ourselves. Very romantic.

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 21Great location and service but...
The hotel location was great, and service was wonderful. All staff was very friendly. Lots of things were positive except noise. Noise level was very high. The wall was very thin so we could hear the radio, TV and voice from the next door. Near by construction noise was very loud. We stayed 7 nights and hardly slept well from the noise even we used the ear plugs. If you stay this hotel, you may want to ask about the construction around the hotel.

This hotel was a pleasure to discover. Old time style with old time attention to detail. Not only in the architecture but in the service also.

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 21Unbeatable Location
This hotel has a terrific location, in the middle of shopping, entertainment and a street car. Complimentary parking (didn't need the car). It also featured a very satisfactory restaurant and lounge. Comfortable.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 21Great location, lovely hotel
We were very pleased with the location and overall performance of this hotel. The room while small was very comfortable, quiet and had a nice view. The bathroom and bed furnishings were superb. The internet connection was solid and the paper arrived every morning at our door. Parking is pricey - we used the mall parking next door and it was cheaper but you didn't have 24hr access. Only minimal complaint was that some of the tv reception was poor. The food in the bar(from the restaurant) was pricey - but tasty with the scallops being amazing!

Trip Type: Family Review 14 of 21Perfect for our stay
The Mayflower Hotel was wonderful. My 4 year old was asleep in my arms when we checked in and the desk staff and the bell person were very helpful given the situation. The room was beautiful and clean. My only complaint would be that there are not enough towel bars for bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels. That said everyone was very nice as we entered or left the hotel over the next two days. And when we checked out they had a gift for my son, which he loved.

Trip Type: Family Review 15 of 21Loved Hotel
The hotel was situated in the heart of Seattle. It is a charming, updated historiacl hotel with a wonderful restaurantand lounge. It is located right next to West Lake Center where you can catch the monorail to Seattle Center. There are many wonderful shops, restaruants and sights in the surrounding area.
