Boston Omni Parker House Hotel

needs improvement

The room was booked as a de/luxe king size bed room ... at arrival I had a Queen size bed and was told I had "requested" a King ... not true...I had booked a King ,so my confirmation said .. the bathroom was the size of a broom closet...on opening the bathroom door it hit the toilet therefore you had to squeeze through...one club chair in this "de/luxe"room ... the other person had to sit on bed to view T.V.which had 6 channels only .... in my opinion the accomadation was no better than an ordinary motel ...

Historic grandeur with up to date service

The location of this beautiful historic hotel could not be easier for sightseeing, but the service in the restaurant, the bar and the concierge desk made my stay truly memorable. The staff really shines.

Tiny rooms and bad customer service. I would avoid this hotel.

Size of room

Room was a bit small. There was only about 11 inches between the end of the bed and the dresser.

Nice hotel and good location

The Omni is in a good location. I had a room with just one double-bed, which was cozy, but met my needs for one night. The hotel was very clean and it is located in the center of many Boston sights.

Historic Hotel; Great Location

Hotel is in perfect downtown location...we walked everywhere. Freedom trail, bars, restaurants, aquarium. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was lucky enough to get upgraded to a "junior suite", so our room was a great size--king size bed, pullout couch and two arm chairs, vanity set. Bathroom was clean and updated, a little small (but who cares?).

Outstanding Hotel

Wonderful, historic and charming hotel with a great location! Sights of Boston within walking distance. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean to the eyes and nose. Would plan a return stay.

The right place for everything that Boston has to offer.

The Omni Parker was exactly what I needed for a two day stay. The room was great, the staff was very helpful, and the location is awesome. Staying at the omni parker was an experience because its so close to so many great things that Boston has to offer and the staff is more than helpful in helping you find somewhere to go or giving you directions to a place you want to see. All in all it was an awesome stay. i'll be back for sure.

Luxury and History

Beautiful hotel steeped in history. Great location. Wonderful "Parker House Rolls". Only problem was our room and key were provided to another couple DURING our stay, who surprised us by entering our room. Hotel corrected the mistake, but it took a full hour (making us late for dinner). No compensation or nicety was provided for our inconvenience.
