great location

although the rooms were small(an older hotel) they were well appointed. great location-within walking diatance of many sites the concierge was very helpfu esp. in choosing a restaurant we'll be back on our next visit to Boston

Great Service

This classic old hotel has been well updated to preserve the feel of the original and offer the amenities that guests of today require. Our room was spacious and was well furnished and had nice touches that made us realize that the staff pays attention to details and housekeeping is excellent. Comfortable bed, good linens, smallish but well equipped bathroom. Front desk staff staff friendly and helpful.

Tiny, tiny closet sized room. Terrible.

Tiny, tiny closet sized room. Such and expensive hotel should provide more spacious accommodations.

Very convenient location but VERY small bathrooms

Very convenient location and great ambiance. However, it is an older hotel, the rooms are small and the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen in a 4-star hotel. I would recommend with a warning about the bathroom.

Expensive but worth it

Being in the City for vacation or business is very expensive and this hotel is no exception to the rule. The rooms have been redecorated recently and are really nice. The beds are super plush. The bathroom is very small but functional. The walls are very thin and you can hear every word your neighbor is saying. Overall, this hotel is worth the price becuase of it's excellent location in the heart of the City and the services it offers.

This is an incredible hotel. Rooms are small but this is an old property. Lots of history and right next to the beginning of the Freedom Trail walk. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only criticism is one wine glass appeared to be only wiped as there was still lipstick on it.

Boston Parker House

Great old hotel with a perfect location for siteseeing in Boston. Also has a world class whiskey bar.

Great hotel for the money

Location was conveniently positioned between the Boston Common and wharf area. Loved the historic feel of the hotel and the neighborhood felt very safe to explore.

Small bed but all else was excellent

Our bed was just a small full bed for two people--a little cramped but we made due. I didn't realize hotels would put 2 adults in a full bed anymore! The service was excellent and the location has to be among the most convenient in Boston to the Freedom Trail, Fanueil Hall, and the Italian section.
