Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 29Good Place to Stay
We had a good time at the Inn at Queen Anne. the hotel had a musty smell when we first arrived but that was confined to the lobby. the room was nice and all the associates that we interacted with were very helpful.

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 29Great hotel for the money
After I booked the hotel I read some terrible reviews and was concerned that I had made a mistake. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was a great value for the money. The location was excellent. The front desk staff were the friendliest and most helpful front desk staff that I have encountered. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beware, the hotel does not have an elevator. So when we arrived after 2 weeks in Alaska with 4 suitcases, we had to lug them up 3 stories. The hallway was hot and the room was hotter. It took awhile for the small window air conditioner to kick in. People at the hotel very helpful and friendly, but hauling the luggage up and down 3 flights was a killer, especially at 11:00 pm after traveling all day.

Hotel is missing an elevator, three floors is quite a walk up with bags. No air conditioner makes for a hot room during the summer. No airport pickup or drop off.

Fourth or fifth stay at IQA. Guess that says we're satisfied. Nothing fancy but a good value with friendly staff.

This hotel is very run down and very small. It looked quaint and charming on the website but it is in disrepair. Not a good value and my wife still talks about it.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 29Good Overall
First the good points about the Queen Anne. The location was excellent and the neighborhood was nice. The room was cleaned very well by the maid staff and the size of the room was great for the price. The hotel had a somewhat worn look, but for the price was a good value. The fact that the room was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, rangetop, and dishes was great! The phone in the room didn't work, but since my wife and I had cell phones, the only issue was having to go downstairs to the front desk when we wanted to talk to the staff. The only truly negative experience was during check-in. We needed to park our car, but the desk clerk had little idea where the parking area was. (It is in a deck down an alley across the street.) The clerk gave poor directions, and didn't know if the deck was on an upper or lower part, or if the parking deck was labeled with the hotel's name or not. Other than the clerk's lack of knowledge of where the hotel's parking deck was located, everything else was good about the hotel. I would have no problem staying there again, especially now, since I know where the parking is!

Trip Type: Family Review 14 of 29Excellant value!
The Inn at Queen Ann is perfect if you want to see all the Seattle Sites! The Space Needle/Seattle Center are only across the street! There are so many good restaurants just a few steps away, as well as an amazing market! Any sites that might be a little far to walk, the Inn provides a free shuttle that you can call to pick you up at any time. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that the inside is more like a motel that a hotel, but at that price you are are still walking away with a steal! We would definityly stay here again!
