Got what we paid for

Not sure I would consider this inn 'quaint.' It's an older building in a good location. We will spend a few more dollars on a better place on our next trip to Seattle.

Great Time

We spent very little time in the hotel room.. it is Seattle after all. But the time we did spend in the room it was very nice. Older hotel so don't expect to much modern comforts. However, it was a very nice and was kept up very clean. The garden in the center of the two buildings was awesome best I've seen in a long time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Quiet, comfortable, and very close to the City Center and space needle.

Great Value

I recently stayed at the Inn at Queen Anne with my boyfriend and we were shocked at how wonderful our room was. We had a everything we needed right in the room. Also, continental breakfast was a nice treat to start the day off right. I enjoyed the nearness of the bus stop on Republican and 1st Ave. that took us to Ballard, the airport and anywhere we wanted. Plus, the Space Needle is right outside the hotel. We arrived early and the staff were able to accomidate us with a room. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Inn at Queen Anne.

Great Location

The Hotel was a Charming old apartment building located near everything. The room Was SPOTLESS and Comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay we were there mostly to shower and sleep.The Staff Was very helpful and professional. Each room has a kitchen so if you want to save money on eating this is IT.The Location Was TOPS.

Aged, but not bad

Stayed two nights. Great location , less than 3 blocks from space needle. Walls thin, heard people next door at 3:15 to 3:45AM enjoying themselves. No elevator, carpets well worn in stairway, and steam heat including hot pipe next to your leg when you were on the toilet. Super neighborhood with lots of nice places to eat, nice grocery store and theatre within a block. All in all, wasn't a bad place to stay to enjoy the sights including a very clean room with a comfortable bed. We would probably go there again when visiting Seattle.

great "Seattle Center" location

the room was ok for a cooler day - there is no air conditioning and the rooms that have an device - it is too small to make a difference. If all you are looking for is a bed in the center area (Space Needle) then this is a great place for the (discounted) dollar.

Great service, great location, great value

This hotel was a great value, wuote a bargain really. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Location was wonderful. There was nothing to complain about at all. We loved it!

Awesome location!

The best thing about the Inn at Queen Anne is its location..its walkable distance to the space needle, EMP and the monorial(seattle center), bus stops are nearby and there is frequent service to downtown and anywhere else you want! The room was cozy and clean! Large closet space so we could fit in all out suitcases! Room service was excellent and front desk was helpful. The only sad thing was the internet was slow which was a little troublesome. There's no elevator but a little exercise wouldn't hurt! Overall it was a lovely stay! would definitely go there again!

Great Location, great value

While it's not a four or five star hotel, it is one of the best value for you dollar hotels in the Seattle area. Great location! Short distance from a huge variety of eating venues. Close to the Seattle Center. Great little room with a kitchenet. You can't go wrong if you want to stay in a nice older architecture building on a budget. I wouldn't hesitate to book there again for my next trip to Seattle.

Clean but really a dump

This hotel is pretty on the outside but the rooms haven't been renovated in years. The carpet is threadbare, the plaster rotted away in the bathroom, the mattress very soft and the Internet connection very slow and unreliable. I will say the service was friendly, but other than that, I can't recommend this hotel at all.

Parking tips...

When we arrived, we were told that the $18 parking lot that the Inn offers that other people have commented about was full. This was very frustrating! The woman then told us about other lots that you can pay $10 overnight (5pm-7am) with no in and out. While I was very frustrated about the lack of assistance with their parking it turns out this other lot was MUCH cheaper for us because we didn't stay a full 48 hours! FYI: It is located on Mercer St. (turn right after the Inn). It was $10 5pm-7am, then if you pay before 9am, you can park all day (till 5pm) for only $4 - "early bird special." In total we spent $28 as opposed to the Inn's lot for $36.
