Great Hotel

Beautiful resort. 20 pools out of 22 were heated . They should mention that to prospective clients because it is a great feature this time of year. Buffet breakfast in the restaurant was very good.All staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Check in

Was not happy with the fact they would not let us check in early even though there were several empty clean rooms. When we came back 2 hours later room was still not available. It was 2:45, however after talking to the second staff person things changed fast.

Needs updating... Remember, it's a vacation... It's not home... Will stay again...

Very Pleased

PROS: We were very pleased with Compass Cove Resort. Our room was very nice, beds were comfortable, kitchen was very useful, bathroom was very nice and clean, and the property overall was clean and in good shape. Room service was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was ideal. I would recommend this resort to anyone for your above average hotel/resort setting. Not a 5 star, but very solid 3+ rating for sure. CONS: Restrauant on premises, but prices were a bit higher than average, but food was good. Parking deck next to our building filled up quickly, but another parking deck was across the street. No big deal unless you don't like to walk a little ways.

"Great room for the money"

enjoyed the 2 separate rooms and the kitchen area. Very clean and kept that way while we were there.Did not like parking.I would stay again

Great for the family...

Great place to stay, great views from the rooms, Great service from the staff from check-in to check-out, room was very clean, we will return. The only down side was getting all of our stuff from the car to the room via the parking garage. Overall....A+

Loved it!!

I loved my stay overall. I had a efficiency room w/partial oceanview. The room was clean. I enjoyed being able to walk outside and go to the beach and all of the pools they have. Someone reported that they were too small. Several times my son & I had our own pool. I thought the pots and pans were going to be gross, but they were not. The hotel even supplied dishwashing liquid and beach chairs!! I enjoyed my stay very much and would like to go back to this resort

Beautiful View, Needs Improvement Elsewhere

The view from the hotel room was outstanding; couldn't have been better. The shower did not work properly. The gauge went from too hot to too cold. Trying to get it in the middle turned the water pressure off altogether. Parking was atrocious! The water amenities were all too small.
