Not bad for the Money.... A few improvements needed.

The hotel in all was nice. The only thing that was disturbing was the rust in the tub and the bathroom doors.

Great price for beach lovers!

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and very organized. Will definately stay there again on our next trip if we can get the same rates!

GROSS feeling!

The minute you walk into the lobby the smell hits you! Pictures in this case do not speak for them selves. Decor is not bad, but the quality is unsatisfactory. Elevators need a tune up! I felt gross having to sleep in the bed. I though hotel was ON THE BEACH. Not the building we stayed in. WOuld not recommend. very disappointed.

Excellent Location but HORRIBLE customer service

Good part:This hotel is great for location.Right at the beach with shops and restuarants within walking distance.The hotel itself is okay...nothing fancy.It is good for maybe a night or 2.They need to update it a little more.The bar has good entertainment and tasty drinks.Breakfast consists of eggs,potatoes and toast with juice and coffee...that's it so do not expect anything else. Bad Part:Customer service at the front desk was the worst !! Bryan was a very rude man with absolutely no customer skills with hotel guests.He argues with everyone and will hassle you if you ask him for anything.It was like pulling teeth for those free drink coupons.He would not even give me the breakfast ones either.He stresses out with customers and he is like a time bomb that is ready to explode.He cannot handle simple tasks at the front desk.The manager(absent at the time I was there) needs to replace him.If you ask any requests from him or need anything...forget it as you won't get it.Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel in my life !!!

Nice for the Rate Charged

Very nice and comfortable room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Late check out was nice.

i stayed there fpr three weeks.it wasnt the hilton but it was a nice place to stay. only bad thing was that the internet didnt work in the hotel for a week.

IT NOT WORTH ALL THAT MONEY

The door to get into the room barely worked. The bath room in the was clean but the water pressure to the shower was very low and not enough hot water.

It was ok. A few problems with the room.

The sliding door was loose and made noises while trying to sleep. There were chips in the dressers.
