Great Experience

This hotel is a great option for anybody that needs to stay close to the Malpensa Airport. The Shuttle service was excelent - it did not take more than 15 minutes. The staff is friendly and the rooms are really nice for the money. I would definetly recommend!

Very good for price, will stay again before flying

This hotel did exactly what we needed, by giving us a great location close to the airport with shuttle service. Because the price was low I wasn't expecting much, but the Domina Inn exceeded with a very clean and comfortable place. The bathrrom was spacious with a great shower, breakfast was very good as well. I don't think I'd recommend it for several days in Milan due to little around it within walking distance, but for a one or two nighter before flying out it was really perfect.

Nice Hotel

The Domina Inn was a nice hotel, the breakfast was fabulous. We had a rental car, so we didn't take the shuttle, but it was an easy drive to the airport. The air conditioning was not working properly while we were there. They were "working on it." They let us change rooms and it was a little cooler, but they never seemed to fix it. Otherwise, it was great. A wonderful shower.

nice hotel

very nice, although states close to airport it was still a 30 min ride in the shuttle. service was nice. food was pricey. everyone was very friendly. we will use the hotel again but will eat in town prior to arriving.

Lousy service

called hotel while waiting for the shuttle and was told it would arrive in 45 min. 1 hr and 30 min later when it still hadnt arrived, called the hotel back and was told that the shuttle already made the pickup, and we were in the wrong spot-no more shuttles, and we would have to pay 30 euro to have a taxi take us. Coincidently, 4 other people must have been standing in the wrong spot (we were all told same spot) so we shared the cab ride. Taxis dont want to take you, because the fare is so small, and you have a really hard time finding one that will take you. Arrived at the hotel late, and unfortunately the restaraunt and bar already closed, and they have no offerings for food.

Great hotel

They offered their shuttle bus to pick us up at the airport so we could turn in our rental car the night before our flight. The morning of the flight they took us to the airport in plenty of time for the flight. Nice hotel, service, room and breakfast.

Decent Stay

Its close, theres free airport shuttle;;;but my wakeup call was half hour late and rooms are d efinitely shabby by american standards for the price; but its an easy place to lay y our head for that late nightlayover;

Great deal

This was our third hotel that we stayed at in Milan and it was by far the best quality and price. We chose it because it was near Malpensa Airport but the level of comfort and affordability was terrific. The breakfast buffet was substantial. The only problem was the shower setup. The tub had a hand held shower head but no curtain and no wall mount. It was awkward.
