Hotel Visit

Overall, our visit was a good one. We did have some maint. issues with our tv remote control. The lock on the bathroom door was broken and the iron was in really bad shape. The walk to Bourbon Street was convenient. It is a very nice hotel. The beds were very comfy.

Quality control

no towels were ever delivered after cleaning even after i spoke to several front desk personel. also the large gap underneath the door let in unwanted light and noise they need to put a door sweep to cover the large two inch gap underneath the door to keep the noise and oders out of each room.

Very Nice Staff

The staff at The Maison Dupuy was really great, very friendly and willing to go beyond to make our stay better. My room was ready two hours early which was really great. My room was located across from the elevator which was a little annoying at first because of loud guests, however considering it was New Orleans and I went to bed early I really couldn't complain too much. I had no problem with noise on later nights. The pool was great, the courtyard lovely and the room was nice. The bathroom was a little lackluster and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were a little hard to open or to get anything out but aside from those small details it was a fine place and I would definitely stay there again.

Highly Recommend!!!

Very Pleased with the Maison Dupuy. The staff was considerate, friendly and made us feel like they were glad we stay with them. Rooms aren't huge but clean and comfortable. I plan to stay there when I am in New Orleans again. A few blocks walk to Bourbon Street. On site restuarant which was great and the prices were reasonable. The weekend we stayed in August they had grilled lunch items on the patio by the fountain, which were a good deal. Front desk was staffed all the time at least is was when ever I needed anything. The staff all needs a pat on the back and a thank you for a job well done. Thanks

Everything Was Perfect Hotel

The Maison Dupuy was absolutely wonderful. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and responsive. The room was clean, comfortable, and classy. The common areas were beautifully furnished also, and the pool/spa area was lush and pretty. The location was perfect, close to the action of Burbon St, the train station, and just a few pleasant blocks to he river area attractions and the casino. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. I will hope to book my next vacation to New Orleans at the Maison Dupuy.

So very lovely---

Homey, comfy rooms---fresh clean linens, french soap, great water pressure, pool, hot tub accessible all night, lovely courtyard-- Away from the noise of Bourbon Street but an oh-so-easy walk to everything in the French Quarter.. There is a rather late check-in time (4pm) but this may be due to the short staffing experienced everywhere in NOLA post-Katrina. I highly recommend Maison Dupuy.

Great room for the price!

I've stayed at places in New Orleans for around the same price and sometimes more that did not meet this hotels level of overall quality. It made for an excellent vacation!

Great room for the money

The hotel was located within walking distance of everything. The houskeeping staff were helpful but the front desk could have been more friendly upon arrival I felt I was making them work. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay there again.
