Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 33Excellent Place To Stay
We were very satisfied with our stay. Hotel is in perfect location for those who want to tour boston on foot, within walking distance of just about everything, including Fenway Park! Prudential Center is located directly arcoss the street which has many shops and food places. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful with all our questions. Room was perfect! With the floor to ceiling and wall to wall windows, our room had a beautiful view of Huntington Ave and the Pru. Bedding and linens are very comfortable. Bathroom was amazing, a little smaller than we expected but still very nice. Overall the room was a great stay and we will be staying again next year.

Trip Type: Romance Review 3 of 33Great Hotel!
I booked this hotel for a night as a gift to my fiance as we were heading down to Boston for a Red Sox game for his birthday and need a place close to Fenway. From the Bellman who showed us how to get into the garage, to the front desk staff, to the wait staff, everyone was VERY welcoming and pleasant. The Hotel was very clean and our room was outstanding. My fiance said it was the nicest hotel he's ever been in.... AND THE BED was SO ridiculously comfortable... it was unreal! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great spot, close to Fenway!!!!! The best part... the rubber ducky for the tub!

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 33Great location
My wife and I stayed at the Colonnade due to its proximity to the theatre district, shopping and T stations. The room itself was very nice. There were some downsides. As a previous guest had stated on hotels.com there was a gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, which allowed all hallway conversations to filter into our room as if we were there in the midst of the conversation. We were also told that our room had a scenic view of South Boston. I would not necessarily describe our view as scenic. Our room looked out onto the old Boston Brownstones which are very nice, but certainly not scenic. The staff were friendly. The access in and out was easy. Parking cost extra, which is typical for the city. Nice touch with the Keurig One-Cup coffee maker in the room. All-in-all a good, not great stay.

Perfect location. Maybe 10 steps away from a T line. Across the street from a few restaurants. Bed was amazing, everything was modern and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking at the hotel was perfect. I didn't need to worry about my car.

My boyfriend and I LOVED this hotel. He was obsessed with how comfy the bed was. The staff was VERY helpful and super sweet. They always had a smile on their faces. I wish I had stayed longer. I really have nothing bad to say about my stay. It was wonderful!

Trip Type: Romance Review 8 of 33Best Stay in Boston
I took my fiance to Boston as a surprise for his birthday... I loved the pictures of the Collonade from the website, but I must say it's even more impressive in person. It's the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. I loved the modern feel of it. The staff were more than willing to help with any questions or provide any ammenities we needed. Also, I'm somewhat of a clean freak, and it was spotless. The view of Huntington Ave was spectacular from our 10th floor room as well. The location is awesome and very close to many great shops, restaurants and theaters. I can't say enough. We never wanted to leave. My fiance says it was by far his best birthday ever. Definitely worth every penny.

Trip Type: Romance Review 9 of 33Nice Stay
Mice hotel. great bed. they moved us to another room when we got there b/c we were right over the parking garage. the new room was great 1041. I think these might be king lux b/c they are a little bigger but the hotel wasn't full. corner room. nice view of prudential. Wouldnt really reccomend the bar we had a late night drink there and the champagne was flat and the pinot grigio was bottom of the barrel for $32. REgarless a really nice stay and good staff. Plenty of other eating and drinking opportunities in close range.

Trip Type: Romance Review 10 of 33We would live there if we could
We only live a half hour north of Boston and checked into the Colonnade because we had business in the city all weekend and didn't want to drive back and forth in the snowstorm. Great move -- it was like a mini-vacation! The service was great, the room was immaculate, the linens were luxurious, the Brasserie Jo meal we ordered from room service was amazing, and we snuggled in to drink hot chocolate and watch the snow fall. This hotel is definitely at the top of our list the next time we need to stay in Boston, for any length of time. Highly recommended!

Trip Type: Romance Review 14 of 33Nice but Expensive
The newley remodled rooms are very sleek and comfortable. Parking is very expensive, especially if you're only using it for a rent-a-car. Very convienent location to the Prudential Center Mall accross the street, but a decent walk to the commons and other sights if you're on vacation. T station accross the street is very convienent. We used Boston as a central location for visiting the city and day trips to New Hamshire, Vermont and the Cape. If I were to plan the trip again I would have planned to stay in those locations over night to enjoy them longer.

Trip Type: Romance Review 15 of 33Very Happy
Everything was terrific! The only problem was having to pay for parking in a parking lot for the guests of the hotel. It should be included in the cost of the room. The room was beautiful and very comfortable.
