Hotel location was great. Hotel offers a shuttle to the Space Needle, Pioneer Square, and Pike Place Market. Although we were able to walk to all of those locations if you're feeling 'green'. House keeping was always fast and thorough. Great places to eat within walking distance. The people working the front desk were very helpful. Overall the hotel experience was great for a first time traveler to Seattle!

the hotel itself was very clean and the staff were very attentive.the breakfast buffet was great, good food and very convenient. the biggest draw for me and my out of town guests was the proximity to downtown seattle. you can catch the south lake union trolly a block down from the hotel and ride it in to westlake center. from there, you can pretty much go everywhere! This was a very good hotel for tourists and locals.

This was overall a good experience. The hotel could use it's own restraunt or have a reasonably priced one close by. The pool area was nice although the hot tub was not working the time we were there. The shuttle service was very useful but it might be good to have service to and from the airport. The breakfast bar was one reason we picked this hotel and it was very nice.

There's a shuttle van that will drop you off and pick you up later the some of the tourist spots. Saves time in finding the place and parking too.

Meticulously clean motel. Spacious, well appointed room. Fine breakfast facility with good choices, plenty of room and with a great view of the lake. No charge for parking - YES! Staff does a nice job, but seems somewhat "stuffy" - even compared to staff at the 5 star rated hotels in Seattle.
